Excelente ubicación y precio.
Pros:

La ubicación, la pileta con buenas vistas y el desayuno.Las noches en la pileta de la terraza son muy tranquilas y con buenas vistas.

Cons:

Algo para mejorar es el aire acondicionado que no andaba, solo hacía ruido y tiraba aire modo ventilador. En la noche pase calor pero no es nada que no se pueda tolerar. Si puede pedir las habitaciones que se encuentran más arriba es mejor por el ruido de la calle

Pros:

La ubicación está buena

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento del lugar, la limpieza no cumplía , el trato del personal no fue el mejor, el desayuno muy malo, el wifi de pésima calidad, la habitación fea, el baño peor.

Estadia perfeita!
Pros:

Café da manhã 5*. Excelente! Acomodações perfeitas. É um hotel antigo. Alguns poucos detalhes devido a isto. Me surpreendeu positivamente. Esperava muito menos devido a algumas avaliações negativas na Internet.

Cons:

As paredes do box no banheiro precisam de reforma.

Excelente localizaçao

Cons:

O hotel parece ter parado no tempo e precisa de reforma, principalmente nos apartamentos. A descarga do banheiro não funcionava muito bem, a Tv pegava, mas com interferência, o café da manhã é bom, mas já foi muito melhor.

Q me dieron una habitación no tan buena para una persona y costaba más caro q la q me dieron para un matrimonio y un niño haci q pedí q me cambiaran de habitación no querían y halegaron q ya lo había usado si solo estuvo mi mamá 2 minutos así q alegue q la habitación no estaba tan limpia y ahí recién accedió a cambiar de habitación

En general todo estuvo muy bien , las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas , nadie te molesta podes entrar y salir cómodamente , subir comida para cenar arriba en la habitación que tiene mesa , tiene supermercados cerca y lugares para comer , a 4 o 5 cuadras de la playa de Copacabana y frente a la estación de metro , me alojé varias veces ahí y lo sigo eligiendo . El desayuno es muy completo y con variaciones .

Cons:

El sector de la piscina es un poco descuidado por la gente que no cuida , fuman y apagan los cigarrillos en las plantas o dejan sus botellas y cosas sin tirar al tacho . En el sector de la pileta no deberían entrar con alimentos / bebidas o fumar (para eso están las mesas al lado del gym con ceniceros ) . El agua caliente por ej para tomar mate te lo cobran .

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que debíamos pagar el hotel cuando ya lo habíamos hecho, sumado a eso trataron de estirar el proceso para cancelar el primer pago y también nos cobraron de más y nos cambiaron la habitación.
Las instalaciones son viejas, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. El desayuno malo.
