Instalações precárias sujas e velhas, muito mofo, ar condicionado barulhento. Muito acabado.
The location is very good. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Convenient to buy food and stuff.
Our room is not very clean ,the housekeeping staff is not really cleaning the floor and the bathroom. In our 6 days stay we only asked for one time to clean and changed the sheets and they didn't even clean the floor and change the bed sheets. The bathroom is in bad shape. I had to be careful with one of the faucet handle coz it almost hit my foot when it fell on the floor. It's broken it needs to get changed. He ceiling is moldy a little and I just tried not look to it. Its a bit disgusting. Sorry just being honest here.The staff didn't clean the toilet. They just came to bring some fresh towels. That's all they did in our room. Until I spoke to the lady personally and gestured to her to clean the floor, the toilet and change the bed sheets. The can really do better on the housekeeping aspects.
The desk staff are fabulously friendly especially Rene and the other guy who is on the other side of the desk from Rene.
The breakfast is alright , sufficient enough for us as we are not a big foodie.
In general, good value for our money. I just wish that they can provide towels if guests are keen of using the beach...even for a rental fee. Would be fine with us.

Recepção linda e com ótimo atendimento, um revezamento de colaboradores super atenciosos, quarto limpo e bem organizado, toalhas ótimas e limpinhas trocadas todos os dias. Elevador ok e piscina também 😌 além do café da manhã que era farto e diverso.
O Hotel atende super bem dentro das possibilidades de uma estrutura que tem mais de 30 anos, nada a reclamar até pq eu adorei a estadia
Os funcionários são simpáticos, o café da manhã razoável e é bem em frente à estação Siqueira Campos do metrô, mas não compensa.
Os quartos têm estrutura de motel antigo. Havia um cheiro muito forte de solvente no quarto quando chegamos, que não saiu de jeito nenhum. O ar condiconado é antigo e estava com mau contato, foi difícil de ligar. Mas o mais tenebroso foi o banheiro: havia uma infiltração no box bem em cima do chuveiro, pingando água do box do apartamento de cima, uma coisa horrorosa, anti-higiênica. Pensamos em pedir pra trocar de quarto, mas, como era só uma noite e presumimos que se tratava de uma característica geral do prédio, ficamos onde estávamos mesmo.
