This hotel is very special but more than that the staff is incredible. A big thanks to the staff at the pool bar; Aymet, Maciel, and Gilfredo- you three make the environment very welcoming and there’s no where else I would rather stay if its not at Hodelpa Gran Almirante. 10/10!
This is my favorite place in Santiago, staff Hilary, Pedro Silverio, Leovince at the restaurant are the best, pleasant accommodating to your needs. All other staff front desk and the rest are great highly recommend this place.
Aymet was the best! She took care of me and my friends and gave us the best service with the most welcoming smile! She is amazing and I hope to continue to see her every time I get the chance to come back to Hodelpa Gran Almirante Santiago!!!
I stay here often and it’s always a great experience staff is friendly and everyone is very welcoming. They also have a seamstress Sonia Flores she is the best I’ve taken a few pieces to her and her work is great and if she isn’t to busy she will return items on the same day as long as u drop it off early.
I usually stay at the Hodelpa a few times a year for business and they have excellent service. The rooms and location are nice, and the pool is really pretty. Their service is amazing--Hilary at the restaurant downstairs is amazing. She makes you feel like you are coming home. And Pedro, behind the grill, cooks delicious food. The service is the best.

This is one of the best located hotels in Santiago. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is great and friendly. The gym is well equipped and the spa is a nice place to wind down. Nice pool and other amenities. 100% recommend.
The hospitality at this hotel is always amazing. You’re always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The service is great, especially the team members Hilary, Aymet, Pedro, Silveno, Leanice, Arisleicly and Piplan . They provide a high level of service and always remember repeat customers. That makes a world of difference. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I always enjoy visiting Santiago and staying at the Hodelpa. The recent updates make it feel more modern, but I’m glad they’ve kept the same great quality of service. The breakfast staff is always wonderful — if you stop by, be sure to tell my ladies Hilary, Aymet, and Yadilla (and the guys Pedro and Leocince) that I sent you! And if you’re relaxing by the pool, don’t forget to say hello to Margaret and Maciel — they’ll take great care of you.
Visiting the Hodelpa is always a dream. The establishment is very clean and well managed, their pool area is beautiful and Their breakfast is delicious! The Hospitality is also unmatched. Hilary, Aymet, Yadila, Pedro and Leo are some of the sweetest most attentive people you’ll ever meet! This hotel by far has the best staff.
It’s a very nice place to stay, every staff was great always nice and making sure you’re good. The pool area is super chill, the gym got just what you need to stay right and the food is delicious!
Hodelpa was great! Without prior asking we found their transport van at the airport and hopped on without issue (free shuttle). Rooms were very nice , spacey (though I did have the bigger room) and their pool and spa was great. Food was delicious - the AM breakfast was free but dinner was American prices $$$. Free massage chairs were amazing. Easily walkable to pharmacies , eateries, and shop centers
Amazing food, great service. Loved the jacuzzi and the buffet! I really liked they had varieties of low-fat and/or healthy options. The lobby is super nice.
