Pros:

Was much better than expected. If they had questions swimming pool or hot tub, I'd really enjoy having that available.

The facility was nice but the staff wasn’t very friendly.
Pros:

Close to the venue we were traveling to.

Cons:

For the price, breakfast should have been included!
Sometime through our first night stay guest vehicles got broken into to include busted windows and the staff did nothing really about it.

Motel was wondering but trucks being broken into in the parking lot was very upsetting!

The 5 minute commute to the Kentucky Exposition Center for Bourbon Beatdown

Cons:

I didn’t like that people got their trucks broken into on Friday April 3, 2026 so we cut our stay short & checked out early on Saturday morning April 4, 2026 instead of staying until Sunday not feeling safe about our truck being in the parking lot with tools & stuff in it for our derby car.
We were told that people break into trucks (which are more targeted) by gangs when Louisville has a big event.
After being told that by a cop & front desk clerk I would assume they would have security in the parking lot at all motel/hotels but I assumed wrong!

So Long Hilton….you lost me at Hello.
Pros:

Close to fairgrounds

Cons:

Paid for king bed, got two queen. Couldn’t connect my Hilton rewards, charged additional tax fee on top of my third party payment that I paid months before. Paid a total of $620 for two nights and it doesn’t even include breakfast ….highway robbery. I refuse to use Hilton again. Hampton Inn is by far friendlier employees and top notch service.

Check in was easy, rooms were nice

Cons:

When booked it said on the site it had a pool and hot tub, which was the purpose of booking that hotel because traveling with a small child, besides the location. After the check in was we were informed that there was no pool or hot tub. Would not recommend this hotel. Do not show something in the amenities if you don’t have it. If I would’ve known when I booked it, I would’ve found another hotel.
