Rezeption war eine Katastrophe
21Personen mussten etwa 90 Minuten warten bis der Rezeptionist die Schlüsselkarten rausgegeben. alle Zimmer waren bestellt und bezahlt. AM nächsten mussten 5 Zimmer für die zweite Nacht wegen Sanierung einer ganzen Etage gewechselt werden. Dieses hätte beim einchecken vermieden werden können. Zudem funktionierten einige Zimmerkarten nicht.
Dieser Mitarbeiter verstand das hoteleigene EDV-System nicht. Er hat uns die Zeit gestohlen (21 Personen * 1,5 Stunden = 32 Stunden!! ) Er wollte uns auch nicht seinen Namen nennen. Außerdem behauptete er, daß kein Vorgesetzter anwesend sei.

Väldigt rent. Bekväm säng och fint badrum. Vi gillade hotellbaren, väldigt trevligt. Plus med filtrerat vatten i korridoren.
Finns inget negativt.
