Spektakuläre Lage im Hochland, schöne Zimmer, gutes Restaurant, Anlage zum Entspannen
Zufahrtsstraße von Kingston Town herausfordernd
Place, location, food
There should be better wifi connection
I loved the scenery and how it felt one with nature
I loved everything
Absolutely wonderful location which the hotel aptly uses. Beautiful grounds to wander through, with many tropical plants and birds to see. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The studio rooms are delightfully arranged, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony overlooking magnificent views of the foothills of the Blue Mountains down to Kingston and the Caribbean Sea. Very peaceful. Would happily stay again and recommend.
Nothing - fantastic hotel.
Super great location. Friendly staff. Lovely facilities and nature hikes
Not much
Beautiful views
Some of the staff were not very pleasant and there was a lack of communication between reservations and front desk, I had no idea they were separate entities. My sister was listed as a guest on my reservation yet it was a hassle for her to visit me. I didn’t like how I was being treated as a Jamaican born and raised visiting my beautiful island for my 40th birthday. I assumed my stay would’ve been a special and pleasant one but I was somewhat disappointed with the service of some of the staff, not all.
A Perfect Mountain Escape
We recently stayed at this stunning mountain resort, and it was everything I hoped for — peaceful, beautiful, and rejuvenating. Nestled high in the mountains, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature. There isn’t much to do here in terms of activities, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. The days are spent listening to the sounds of nature, walking along scenic trails, and simply soaking in the fresh mountain air.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, warm, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was absolutely outstanding; every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and full of local flavor.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and the city of Kingston — the kind of view you could stare at for hours.
If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can unwind, eat amazing food, and be surrounded by nature’s beauty, this resort is
The rooms could use some updates, but there’s a certain charm to it — you almost feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
The staff was very kind, first of all reservations was very helpful was having issues with my bank provider they were helpful.
The location is perfect, the property is beautiful and breakfast was amazing.
Not much of options on the dinner menu , maybe need to revamp the menu
The food was excellent, the staff (especially Omar) were polite, knowledgeable and professional. The grounds were well kept and the scenery for a nature lover.
The stairs gave me a full week of leg workout. Wish I had gotten a room closer to the dining area. The lizards had me on edge, but that's to be expected with the location and the plethora of trees.
Breathtaking views, gorgeous pool, and good food. Loved the history of the property. The spa exceeded expectations. It's not as glossy as Goldeneye, but it's beautiful.
The staff are friendly but the service was very slow, even without it being busy. It was a bit frustrating at times.
The location, the sense of history
Ageing facility
The location was great and the rooms had breathtaking views.
The rooms have no AC so the sound of the crickets and birds etc sounded very loud at night. Hard for light sleepers.
Scenery, peace, quiet. Comfortable bed. Great shower
Accuracy of amenities.
Mini bar was actually a shelf in the kitchen
No stove, no toaster. Only teaspoons, mugs and saucers
Blocked toilet
Poor customer service
No hammock, even though in description and photos
Price of additional activities( yoga $75!)
Quality of food
