A perfect place to stay during Winter Carnival!
Pros:

Cozy room that allowed us to customize heat settings. Enjoyed the coffee maker and the refrigerator. Location is ideal for train travellers as well as perfectly situated for exploring the old city on foot. Metro grocery store is within an easy walk and allowed us to plan for in-room breakfasts/lunch/snacks. Reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Good options for breakfast and pub fare nearby.

Cons:

As we were travelling with friends, it would have been nice to have had a lounge in the hotel where we could spend time together onsite. (The restaurant was closed for the winter season.) Fortunately there is a nearby pub that encourages you to stay & visit, and even provides a selection of board games and cards.

It was a beautiful and relaxing stay
Pros:

Beautiful room and bathroom. The pillows were the best hotel pillows I have slept on.

Cons:

Check out was too early compared to other hotels that allow check out at noon.

It was a pleasant stay but room rates is high for small room & no foyer, washroom at reception
Pros:

Near to Rly station, good location, cleanlyness, cordial & helpful staff at reception

Pros:

N’avons pas eu de petit déjeuner. Nous n’avons pas reçu l’information .Regrettable cela aurait été apprécié. La chambre était parfaite

Adresse à retenir si nous retournons à Québec
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse et au calme comme demandé.
Hôtel très bien situé: proche du vieux centre mais au calme.
Le personnel à la réception était très serviable et donnait de bons conseils.
Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais possibilité d'en avoir un dans les environs

Cons:

3 petits bémols:
1) impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et d'aérer or la chambre sentait le renfermé
2) l'éclairage est un peu faible et les lampes près des lits dégageaient de le chaleur quand elles restaient allumées longtemps.
3) dommage que le restaurant de l'hôtel ne soit ouvert que 4 soirs par semaine et ne serve pas le petit déjeuner

Very pleasant stay and great staff.

It was quaint. Staff was great. Location was good.

One side of room was dark and black wall didn’t help.Better lighting.
