Excelente localização e quartos

La ubicación y las vistas a los alrededores. El peroonal también muy amable y servicial. Incluso las dos recpcionistas que nos atendieron, una en el check-in otra en el check-out, hablaban español. Una muy buena relación calidad precio en Quebec.

Le personnel est très attentif et répond adéquatement aux questions en présentiel et en ligne. Situation géographique extraordinaire! La chambre est très luxueuse et l'ambiance calme. J'y retournerai!
On a beaucoup aimé l’ambiance et la propreté des lieux. C’est dommage que l’hôtel n’offre pas de petit déjeuner. Mais il y avait une réduction de 15% sur ce que nous avions acheté pour le petit déjeuner.
Que le parking ne soit pas payant ni le petit déjeuner.

Restaurant très bon et chaleureux Joly retournerai même si je ne dors pas à l’hôtel.
Chambre avec tapis, personnellement j’aime moins.
Bien situé, propre, lits tres confortables. Personnel très agreable et bonne organisation pour les arrivees tardives
We walked everywhere from this hotel. It was a flat 6 minute walk from the train station. We walked to the shops along the river, 4 minutes and walked up to old town, 6 minutes. Room 25 was quiet and cozy. Free coffee maker with coffee was great.

We had a 3rd floor room, the king size bed was very comfortable. Aircondtioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. My only complaints are would be we didnt get our room cleaned and who ever was before us put the used coffee pods back in the countainer, we were not familar with that brand, our first thought was wow weak coffee. Then figured out what happen. We were ony there for 2 nights, but disappointed when we didnt come back to a cleaned room. The location was perfect though. The front desk apologized and gave me some coffee pods for our check out morning.
We thought that breakfast is included but when we get to the hotel they said breakfast is not included in the reservation…
There’s no washroom in the lobby and they the check in is soo late usually the other hotels the check in is 3:00pm..And there’s no complimentary electric kettle and water bootle in the guest rooms…

Les cheveux dans la douche. Le bruit dans le corridor. C'était très peu isolé.
Le service au déjeuner était mauvais malheureusement. Je crois que les employées manquaient simplement d'expérience.
We had a king bed for 3 nights, it was very comfortable, and the rooms was well-equipped and generous in size. Bathroom had nice design and a large shower. The restaurant next door, off the elevator, was a great option for breakfast our first morning, with a nice atmosphere. This hotel also is great for being not in the middle of the tourist throngs. Strong recommend!
Location and air-conditioning
Went out to tour and came back to an unlocked room. Didn't feel safe or taken care of. Was in Quebec in major heatwave and aircon barely kept up.
