This hotel has been a favourite for last 20 years however not offering a welcome drink upon arrival is always a failure
Amazing hotel! Staff go above and beyond. Dining facilities good. Souk is a close walk even in 40°+ heat.
Luxurious stay for a week. The assistant manager Ms Muzeyyen is a rising star, Mr Alam also an assistant manager is accomplished and distinguished.
The service levels at Jumeirah Mina Al Salaam are exemplary.
Lovely hotel. Great location. The Abra's and waterways a special touch. A wide and good choice of restaurants. Food around the pool surprisingly good. Service great. Can't rate it enough and look forward to going back!
Feeling at home
We stayed during a long layover and the staff were so lovely when we had to check in very early morning. Our room was ready and the butler service via text message was so quick for needs like extra towels and info.
I like everything except it's a bit outdated it will use some upgrading.

Amazing hotel , Amal lounge staff were all 1st class . Cannot recommend this hotel enough .
Another enjoyable stay at the Mina. The hotel is stunning, fab location and one of our favourites to stay when in Dubai. The cleaning staff get a special mention the place is spotless. I was a little disappointed that a number of food places within the hotel were closed and we hadn’t been given prior warning which gave limited choice on half board if you wanted to stay in the hotel at night. Having said that the staff at Hanarra the buffet option were great, from Garcia, Alyssia on the front desk to all the servers and chefs, who made my particularly fussy husband some food when he couldn’t find something he wanted. Thank you ! Also special mention to Imran who looks after guests waiting for buggy’s. He switch his aircon up when I needed cooling down on the way back from the beach !
