Lovely staff and hotel.
Pros:

Potentially peaceful. Near sea and lots of birds singing. Loved private verandah and indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I wish I had known about roadworks before booking. It meant walking further round to back of hotel for access.
WiFi stopped during storm but was not fixed quickly.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich toll – das war leider auch das einzig Positive. Der Rest konnte überhaupt nicht überzeu

Uns hat vor allem die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Leider konnten die restlichen Aspekte nicht überzeugen. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr veraltet und vieles war beschädigt oder nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel waren teilweise kaputt, und in der Dusche befand sich Schimmel, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Auch die Fenster waren beschädigt, und die Balkontür war so dünn, dass sie bei jedem Wind laut geknallt hat. Dadurch zog es stark im Zimmer.

Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr alt und ungepflegt. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entspricht dieser Zustand definitiv nicht den Erwartungen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt; trotz der Baustelle vor der Tür!
Pros:

Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück; frischer Saft, Obst, Salat, Gemüse, Käseauswahl, gutes Brot. Es war alles dabei und ist immer wieder aufgefüllt worden. Spitze!

Cons:

Es war alles ok; könnte nicht besser sein!

Zum Hotel-Garten hinaus (Lage Zimmer) doch recht laut - eine Art Generator läuft permanent. Lässt sich wohl nicht vermeiden. // Temporär nicht so schön: Die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Dadurch konnte sich der eigentliche Charme des Hotels gar nicht erst entfalten. Das wird sich aber ja von selbst erledigen ...

Pros:

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gäste sind sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Der Pool ist sehr schön gepflegt und die Anlage sehr sauber.
Die Massage die ich bei Neus gebucht habe war sehr schön und sehr entspannt.
Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat, nur war es leider bisschen kalt und ich habe nachts wirklich doll gefroren weil die Bettdecken etwas zu dünn waren.

Der Baustellenlärm war penetrant
Durch die Baustelle war ein direkter Zugang zur Meerseite nicht gegeben, dies in Summe hat sich sehr negativ auf den Aufenthalt ausgewirkt

Very nice hotel with great location and very kind and warm staff
Pros:

I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, the staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.
I loved the garden with the swimming pool. The hotel is located very close to the beach and nice beach bars however separated from them with a trees area which makes it a quiet environment.
There is a cosy spa with sauna. They have really good breakfasts with lot of options.
I spent there 10 days and felt very welcoming and safe. The people working at reception were amazing. Special thanks to the gentleman from Nigeria for being my chatterbox :)

I would definitely come back to that hotel. Thank you

Cons:

The only things that I missed was a kettle and a cup in the room, so I could make my tea before sleep, however it was possible to get a hot water from the bar downstairs.
