The room was perfect, clean and big enough for 2 persons with a lot of luggage. The location is very good, short walking distance. Staff was wonderful and helpful. There is a luggage storage after check out.
There was a big party outside of the hotel and even though we closed the windows there was a lot of disturbance. Of course there is nothing that the hotel could do about it but that is the only negative experience staying at the hotel.
Position, View, Staff and breakfast.
Difficult sleep because of the fire alarm light in the room, a green one which is too powerful. If u like to sleep in the dark, then you shoul avoid this hotel. For the rest, everything was fine
Perfect location for the town centre and the theatre.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble.
Room was clean and well presented with lovely extras such as hair & body wash and hand & body lotion.
Nothing really but some snacks would have been nice to have.
I liked that the hotel served breakfast buffet which was delicious and fresh.It was clean on arrival and had the necessary facilities. The reception staff did keep our bags until 4pm, and helped us carry the bags to the car.
It was quite expensive, I also had to pay an addition 30 pounds for late check out-I think this should be free for paying customers. I also didnt like that on Thursday I returned to an uncleaned room, I raised this with the staff and they said it would be attended to, when I returned, The room was still not cleaned and only the bed had been made. When I booked the hotel , I chose it among many others because it advertised having a restaurant and room service, when I got there, the online room service menu only offered drinks not food.

It had all the basics that I'd hope for from a 4 star hotel.
Everything was as it should be but had hoped to find one of the little souvenir ducks.
Great location. Car park next door is really convenient and a discount offered by the hotel. Complementory tea, coffee etc available all day and in the room. Comfortable large bed and large tv. Large shower.
Quite dark in the bathroom. Could do with more lighting.
