A nice boutique hotel in downtown Glasgow.
Pros:

Small and friendly and I get the feel that they try to be environmentally friendly. It’s simple and unpretentious. Centrally located in downtown Glasgow.

Cons:

It’s in Downtown Glasgow and it located in the west end where all the good restaurants are located.

Excellent stay, but hotel needs a little tlc.
Pros:

Clean hotel, friendly staff, complimentary coffee in restaurant area, near carpark, good location, not overly busy with guests, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Felt it was a little tired looking. We were in a duplex suite and although clean there was scuff marks on walls and furniture. Tiles in bathroom need re-grouting.

Extremely comfortable and relaxed hotel in handy location for exploring Glasgow.
Pros:

The hotel has quality fittings and layout with very comfortable beds and lovely cosy bed linen. Really quiet rooms with great black out curtains. The staff were very pleasant, cheerful and always ready to help.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with somewhere to hang two towels so that they can dry out and be ready for re-use on day 2.

Prime location, convenient car park next door with a discount, close to the action!
Pros:

The hotel provided us a discount code to park our rental car in the Q-park Sauciehall immediately next door. The location on Bath street and just a few blocks from the Hop-On, Hop-Off route was terrific. The staff also recommended two great locations for dinner close by - Sarti and The Butterfly and the Pig. We recommend you try both if you can!

overall good hotel but not value for money. i wouldnt rate it as 4 star

bed and the pillows are very comfy and good quality.

Cons:

breakfast was basic but very expensive (£39 for 2). bathroom shelf had marks of glasses and finger prints on the glasses. bedroom plug sockets didnt have usb ports
