Cons:

There was an ozone smell in the room when arrived. Felt hard to breathe the first night. Don’t know if an ozone generator was used to sanitize the room, but if so it is important to let the room air out. It can be dangerous for your lungs if not aired out properly.

Pros:

cookies. coffee all day

Cons:

Have stayed there before. Shampoo dispenser was empty. The mattress gave me muscle spasms in my back. I shared this with the person at the desk when I turned in my key. That person did not say anything at all. Could have said "Sorry for your experience" or "Thank you for your information" but could not be bothered.

A confortable stay (with breakfast & snacks (fruit & coikies) at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful & welcoming. Great to have fresh fruit always available (the oranges were deliciously sweet!!)

Cons:

Monroe Ave can sure be busy at times!! So turning left could be tricky - thank God for the middle turn lane!!
My room key needed reprogramming several times :?

Pros:
