Location was great.
The direct TV did not work. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, it keep buffering every 2 or 3 minutes. When the staff members where told about the problem, there only reply was sorry. One staff member did look at it and gave me the impression that he already knew there was a problem. After looking at it for about 2 minutes, said sorry and left.
Location was great. Staff was fantastic. Want to especially thank Tessa (I believe that’s was her name) I had an issue with the AC and she came to fix it herself. She worked the front desk.
Very outdated, dirty, curtains missing privacy cover, floor filthy, walls damages, blood on the Kleenex cover. Had to use vise grips to hold curtain closed, I was on the ground floor.
I thought it was a great idea to provide free microwave popcorn!
The breakfast was pretty good!
The hallway carpet was the worst I think I have ever seen in a hotel.
I would suggest the housekeeping ask if people have checked out before knocking on doors at 8 a.m.

The tv didn't work, in that I couldn't get the remote to connect to the TV. All that I could get to operate was a Roku remote, with no channels that actually had programs visable.
