Pros:

Неплохой завтрак, есть что выбрать. Есть бассейн наверху, а также джакузи с горячей водой, и сауны в раздевалках (хотя я сауной не пользовался). Нам повысили уровень номера до семейного сьюта с отдельной спальней, за что спасибо персоналу! Сам номер большой, с 2х уровневой детской кроватью. Бесплатно пополняли каждый день напитки в холодильнике, что для Китая как я понял редкость. Санузел большой с ванной и отдельно душевой. Оценку за проживание до 9 повысил из-за повышение уровня номера + горячего джакузи, где приятно можно было расслабиться

Cons:

Дизайн номера морально устарел, ремонт тоже требует обновления. Планировка номера по моему мнению не самая оптимальная - сдвижная дверь в спальню не закрывается на замок, она сделана из стекла, сверху со 2го уровня детской кровати можно внутрь спальни подглядывать. Также дети могут пройти в санузел только через спальню - хотя наверно стоило бы сделать вход в санузел из коридора или гостиной. Бассейн требует ремонта, вода 28 градусов, нужна шапочка для купания, еще в бассейне проводятся занятия тренеров с детьми, что не очень удобно, когда они занимают дорожки для плавания, которых не так уж и много

Holiday Inn assurance in the heart of Shanghai
Pros:

Location is close to bund and Nanjing. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. Lots of Family Marts nearby.
Hotel room was acceptable. The swimming pool is good but its used by locals who bring their kids, not a bad thing but would be nicer just for guests. Good self service washer and dryer.

Cons:

The labels for the lights should have english translation. Better guide on what the hotel had to offer. I wanted to try the resturants in the hotel but didn't know about any of it.

Glad we decide to book this hotel.
Pros:

Very pleased with accomodating our request for early check-in and late checkout. Reasonably clean and quiet. Ample bottles of drinking water provided.

Cons:

Complimentary coffee provided in room does not taste good.

Cons:

No air conditioning control. It was set up at 25 degrees..and the hotel said it can't be modified. Very rough to sleep for me in that temperature.

Pros:

3일간 이용했는데 둘째날 객실청소를 하지 않아 불편했음
직원한테 문제제기를 하니 손님 잘못이라고 오히려 화를 냄
야간 근무하던 여직원 2명 정말 최악이었음
3번째날 관광을 마치고 오니 객실에 편지와 과일을 보고 위로를 받음. 조식은 정말 최고였음

불친절한 야간근무 여직윈 2명. 호텔 업무를 하면 안될 정도의 불친절함. 최악임

Todo espectacular! Todo el staff que atiende realmente muy profesionales y siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. La ubicación, las piezas, muy cómodo, excelente desayuno...100% recomendable!
Además, tiene un Family Mart en el 1er piso abierto 24hrs que ayuda mucho

Pros:

Habitación con buenos espacios, buena distribución y equipamiento tanto del baño como de la habitación (tenía plancha de ropa, bebidas y té gratis)

Cons:

No me gustó mucho en general porque era un hotel algo viejo sin mucha mantención (ventanas de la habitación muy sucias, hongo en las siliconas de la ducha), camas muy duras, el salón para desayunar muy pequeño, algunas de las mesas estaban ubicadas en el pasillo porque en el salón no cabían más, poca variedad de desayuno para extranjeros. Y el personal muy poco amable en general. Relación precio calidad… precio muy elevado, además que estaba alejado del centro de la ciudad.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, we booked 6 nights and the hotel allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast had good variety and changed every day. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Location was very good, bus stop in front of the hotel, short walking distance to MTR.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small but nothing is prefect. I will book the hotel again.
