Buono ma non perfetto
Pros:

La colazione con molta scelta e lo staff molto disponibile

Cons:

La posizione in una zona un po caotica e sporca per raggiungere la metro ci sono motorini elettrici che passano suo marciapiedi sfiorandoti di continuo e le strade un po sporche, a poche fermate di meteo si è già in centro quindi a parte il contesto non è male. La struttura è bella ma si vede che ha qualche anno avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata…

Nice place
Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons reçu une surprise de bienvenue que les enfants ont adoré. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien nettoyées quotidiennement. Des bouteilles d’eau approvisionnées chaque jour. Le personnel de l’accueil était professionnel et parlaient anglais. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour installer les applications et donné des conseils. Live music certains soir. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon aussi. Il y a un family Markt au rez, un service de livraison de colis, un lavoir self service gratuit pour les clients. Bravo l’équipe nous reviendrons très certainement.
Ps: Le métro se trouve de part et d’autre de l’hôtel à environ 5-10 minutes de marche, très pratique pour rejoindre les lieux touristiques et le centre-ville. Beaucoup de restos à proximité.

Cons:

Un peu déçue du bar. Le jus de pomme frais n’était pas du jus de pomme (pressé ou jus) mais de l’eau et du sirop de pomme. Le café pas bon à mon goût.

Good but need improvement on hotel management/policy
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that stay open late and the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away.

Cons:

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but our experience was affected by excessive noise from the room next door during the last three of our five nights. The guests were talking and laughing loudly after midnight and into the early morning. The staff did their best to help by speaking to the guests and providing us with another room to sleep in when the noise continued. However, I believe the noisy guests should have been moved instead of us.

Another disappointment was that the swimming pool requires a swimming cap which is not mentioned on the hotel's website. We had to buy one for 100 RMB each before using it. I think it's very expensive and this information should be made clear in advance.

Overall, the staff were excellent and our concerns are more about the hotel's management policies than the staff themselves.

Не рекомендую к проживанию!!!
Pros:

Рядом с отелем есть мечеть, пару мусульманских кафе.

Cons:

Очень старый отель!!! В номере в ванной дверь гнилая, скрипит. Бассейн полная антисанитария. Завтрак на 80% из свинины. Воду в кофемашину наливают из под крана, не фильтрованную.
