Мы жили три семьи и всем номера и обслуживание понравилось
Pros:

Номер убирали каждый день, очень чисто. Зубные детки и пасту пополняли каждый день. Тапочки, халаты, шампунь, мыло, бальзам, крем все было. Вода питьевая в бутылках пополнялась каждый день. В день заезда был вкусный презент к в холодильнике, за что отдельное спасибо. Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом много кафе и магазинов. В целом такси по ценам доступное. Персонал в отеле очень вежливый и всегда помогали с любыми вопросами. Завтраки хорошие.

Cons:

В лобби очень сильно дует кондиционер, но летом это наверно будет даже лучше

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel in Shanghai was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, luxurious, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Thanks to Judy from the reception, she was one of the best! We never felt more welcomed in a hotel like this one. Thank you guys! This will be our destination everytime

今次住上海古井假日酒店，整體幾滿意。先講個實際的——酒店有自己的停車場，自駕嚟講真係好省心，唔使周圍搵車位。位置都唔錯，出去邊度都幾順路。
最令我驚喜嘅係周邊食飯嘅地方，隨便行吓就有好多小館子，味道地道，價錢又平，連食兩餐都無中伏，比起喺商場食抵好多。
另外一定要提吓前台Judy，真係好專業，人亦好nice。Check-in時見我拎住行李，主動幫我協調樓層，我問多幾句周邊交通，佢都好有耐性講得好清楚，無敷衍嘅感覺。呢種有人情味嘅服務，令人覺得好溫暖。
下次嚟上海都會考慮住呢度～

Pros:

Les chambres spacieuses et le petit déjeuner complet. Merci beaucoup pour votre attention à l’arrivée. La chambre était prête plus tôt pour nous permettre de nous reposer après le voyage. L’eau remise chaque jour (car l’eau n’est pas potable)

Cons:

Attention : prenez votre bonnet sinon vous serez facturés de plus de 15€ (c’est pas une arnaque mais pas loin). Deux cafards se sont promenés dans ma chambre. Même parler anglais est compliqué. Les chambres pas hyper bien insonorisées, on entendait tout et la clim bloquée par l’hôtel à la générale.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, directly accessible by subway. It's very close to the Bund. The staff also tell us how to take the subway. Judy, the front desk staff, was very capable and helped us solve many problems. The hotel's restaurant is very good, and there are many dining options nearby, including Chinese, Western, hot pot, and halal food. Our room is large and very clean. For a hotel at this price, we are very satisfied. The breakfast also caters well to our tastes.

Pros:

All in all, I had a lovely stay. The location was brilliant. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always happy to help. They even let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was ever so handy on our last day.

Cons:

That said, there are a couple of things that could do with some improvement. The walls are rather thin, I could hear the person next door snoring quite clearly, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, it would be lovely if the breakfast menu included some Halal options, as the current selection doesn’t really cater for guests with Halal dietary needs.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Loved the room. We stayed in a family suite and it was very comfortable. There was a Lego table in there which our kids absolutely loved.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Неплохой завтрак, есть что выбрать. Есть бассейн наверху, а также джакузи с горячей водой, и сауны в раздевалках (хотя я сауной не пользовался). Нам повысили уровень номера до семейного сьюта с отдельной спальней, за что спасибо персоналу! Сам номер большой, с 2х уровневой детской кроватью. Бесплатно пополняли каждый день напитки в холодильнике, что для Китая как я понял редкость. Санузел большой с ванной и отдельно душевой. Оценку за проживание до 9 повысил из-за повышение уровня номера + горячего джакузи, где приятно можно было расслабиться

Cons:

Дизайн номера морально устарел, ремонт тоже требует обновления. Планировка номера по моему мнению не самая оптимальная - сдвижная дверь в спальню не закрывается на замок, она сделана из стекла, сверху со 2го уровня детской кровати можно внутрь спальни подглядывать. Также дети могут пройти в санузел только через спальню - хотя наверно стоило бы сделать вход в санузел из коридора или гостиной. Бассейн требует ремонта, вода 28 градусов, нужна шапочка для купания, еще в бассейне проводятся занятия тренеров с детьми, что не очень удобно, когда они занимают дорожки для плавания, которых не так уж и много
