Would come to this hotel again.
Pros:

Convenient location, metro in 5 minutes walk, staff was very helpful, the mattress was a bit too hard for us. Breakfast very good.

I would like to sincerely thank Melody for offering us a later check-out, which was handled in an exceptionally smooth and efficient manner. The process was straightforward and completed without any unnecessary or lengthy discussion, reflecting her professionalism and respect for the guest’s time. Although I was prepared to proceed with the payment, Melody proactively waived the fee and arranged the late check-out free of charge. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect move on her part and left a very positive impression on us. Her decisive action, customer-oriented mindset, and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience.
