Stayed for the hospital visit
Pros:

Starbucks , & space room & friendly front desk

Cons:

When the house keeper didn’t the clean in the morning for early check out , they would knock a little bit to loud .

A Must Stay!
Pros:

This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. I celebrated a birthday here and they really made me feel special. It is in a beautiful location right near the river and has great food onside. The General Manager, Bert, is so friendly and has truly made this a special hotel.

Nice ambiance and decor.
Pros:

Ate in ground level restaurant. Reasonable value. Nice selections. Service nice

Had to set room thermostat a little high to be comfortable. But room was very clean

Pros:

Hotel fabuloso, profissionais extremamente bem treinados, as instalações são ótimas! Não tem como reclamar. Ótima academia, ótimo quarto, ótimo banheiro, ótimo estacionamento.

Cons:

Ele é um pouco afastado da cidade para quem precisa resolver algo a pé.

Excellent staff, good restaurant, but not happy with the cost of traveling with a dog
Pros:

Primarily, I think the staff is very good. Friendly, efficient and warm.

Cons:

My only complaint is that I travel with a small dog and need to. I am not happy with the fact that I get charged $100 each time for a dog who no doubt causes less damage than the average traveler.

Freezing rooms in winter, and untuck that comforter before bed!
Pros:

Thermostat is just for show, which is so infuriating. On a wintry day I kept turning it up until it got to 86 degrees and it never blew out warm air. If you're going to stay here in winter, bring fuzzy socks and layers. Personally I'm going to smuggle in a space heater.

This is also one of those places where they teach the housekeeping staff to tuck the comforter securely UNDER the bottom of the very thick mattress, which takes up a HUGE amount of comforter, which means when you get into bed the duvet only comes up to your waist. I actually like a cold room for sleeping, but I still want to be able to have my shoulders covered if I get chilly during the night. And it's tucked in so securely that you can't kick it free, you have to get up out of bed and untuck it and pull it up to shoulder height and by that time you're wide awake again. I'm here for my second visit and they won't get me this time: I untucked it the minute I got into the room so I can pull my comforter right up under my chin when I feel cold.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Parking garage is a hike, but the hike is flat and indoors. However, there are no luggage carts anywhere near the garage. Park out front where it says 'pick up and drop off only', check in, get your parking pass, take your bags to your room and THEN go park and hike back unencumbered with luggage.

Nice location, great staff, comfortable beds
Pros:

Room was spacious with a nice view of the river

Cons:

The toilet was broken in our first room so we moved to the same room a floor below. The thermostat/ temp control seemed to be broken in that room

It was Okay.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

Where to start...The refrigerator in the room was leaking all over the floor. They left 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper on the holder. The complimentary lotion was left from the previous quest because there was no lotion in it. Wherever I have stayed, the lotion is new and you have to take off the tab that seals it. There was hair on the shower walls. The hand towels hanging under the vanity were wrinkly and looked like they were previously used and put back up. No water in the room. I have stayed in high-end and mid-level hotels and there is ALWAYS water in the room. The parking that we had to pay for was ridiculous and not close.

Cons:

They did not give me the room I booked. I booked a double queen room and they gave me a king with a couch! They tried to charge me twice for the room and made me pay a $50 charge at check-in.
