Pros:

La atencion del personal fué fabulosa. Nada más llegar, en la recepción, nos atendió una chica, Aída, que no tuvo problema para explicarnos todo de manera detallada y con un trato exquisito.
Las habitaciones muy limpias, y con el detalle de una botella de agua.
El buffet variadito.
En los servicios de desayuno, almuerzo y cena, tod@s los camarer@s fueron espectaculares, pero tengo que destacar a Yolanda, una chica agradable y simpática, que hizo nuestros encuentros de lo más divertidos al igual q, Esteban, cocinero, que no sólo nos hacía recomendaciones, sino que me dejaba la comida al punto que a mí me gustaba, un solete el!!, a demás muy muy simpático un 10/10 para todos ellos. Vale La pena ir, sólo por la atencion, más que contentos de haberles conocido. La piscina, pese a que había gente y niños era poco ruidosa y eso se agradece para los que vamos a descansar.

El snack me hubiese gustado que tuviera más variedad.
Las almohadas que fuesen mejores.

Repetiremos sin duda
Pros:

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, problema que los de recepción no dudaron en hacer todo para resolverlo y poder disfrutar de los días.
La variedad de la comida increíble, buenísima y el personal de restaurante increíble también

Cons:

Quizás la poca animación que había, ya que por el día en la piscina no habían actividades, aunque es cierto que por la noche la animación era buenísima

Espectacular
Pros:

Perdí mi bolso y Marco ( jefe de Recepción ) y una recepcionista andaluza con el pelo largo no pudieron ser más amables y comprometidos hasta que lo encontramos.
Héctor el socorrista súper simpático y colaborativo

La cercanía al mar, está rodeado de locales y restaurantes bastante aceptables, el personal, tanto de recepción como del servicio de habitaciones fueron muy amables y considerados y ante cualquier contratiempo, procedieron con diligencia y profesionalidad, solventando cualquier petición o duda que tuviera.

Cons:

Las toallas no están en muy buenas condiciones, ya que no te secan bien, dado los ciclos de lavado padecidos. Conviene renovarlas.
