Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación,las comidas estaban buenas y no eran repetitivas.

Cons:

No me gustó que si vas a un todo incluido no te entre algunas bebidas,luego en el bufé tardaban mucho en reponer los productos,había veces que no pude probar el producto porque no lo traían.

Destacar la tremenda amabilidad, simpatía y cordialidad de una empleada llamada Dácil y Yolanda.

Atención muy limitada
Bufette escaso, enfocado al turismo y muy baja calidad.
Instalaciones antiguas y deficientes.
Moqueta
Se estropeó la caldera el 1er dia y no ofrecieron nada.
Ofrecen cambiar cena por comida y luego ponen pegas.
La piscina cubre y el socorrista no vigila.

El servicio es incomparable, son muy atentos. La calidad del hotel es muy buena. Y la comida estupenda. Lo volvería a repetir una y otra vez.

Superó expectativas
Pros:

Me encanto todo, el trato fue increíble una experiencia en familia maravillosa, las habitaciones muy limpias, el personal muy atento y simpático, desde el técnico del aire acondicionado como los chicos del bufet, si no recuerdo mal se llamaban Nico, Iván y Esteban.. entre otros que no recuerdo su nombre, la comida exquisita y muy variada, las animaciones nos encantaron, cantamos y bailamos como locos! En fin era la primera vez que iba y superó mis expectativas volveremos a ir y sin dudar lo recomiendo 100% un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo para desconectar y volver a la rutina con fuerzas..

Cons:

Lo unico el aparcamiento tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas, casi1 hora buscando aparcamiento
