We booked 2 rooms AI for 5 adults then before we arrived booked an extra room for one of the 5 so we wernt too squashed on arrival we was made to pay €125 for the extra room for AI even though we had paid for it on the previous booking, we tried to explain this but was told we had to pay it or the person in the single room won’t have AI
Beds and sun beds hard, staff rude apart from Marco and the maintenance man.
Not worth the money we paid nowhere near a 4*

Is set up for Spanish tourists and a lot of them are very rude including some bar statff. Had an issue when checking in my sister had booked my other sister her own room separately as a birthday present and although we had booked and paid for 5 people AI we were made to pay additional money to make that room AI although we had already paid for 5 people given no choice as we couldn’t leave her as just b n b, we tried to explain our situation but the receptionist wasn’t budging so in the end had to pay an additional €125 for 5 day trip. Other reception staff were really nice and restaurant staff weee good. Food ok as u expect from a buffet

Location was good, close to the beach, pubs & restaurants. Atmosphere was ok. The rooms were old & dated, tint tv for the size of the room, mini bar was never stocked up throughout our stay. The food was absolute SLOP I would not even feed that to my dog, same cheap basic foods everyday & what wasn’t used up in the morning was mixed with something at lunch time & same at tea time, the alcohol drinks were that strong you couldn’t even drink them unless you got a bigger cup & added more coke or lemonade. We never saw our TUI rep once throughout the week, information & communication was very poor. This hotel should not be rated a FOUR star, we ate out everyday due to the awful food that was on offer at each meal time, not good value for money on an all inclusive holiday, very disappointing from start to finish.

Large variety of cheeses and fresh fruit for breakfast. Beautiful view from my room. Very friendly staff.

The hotel has a good location and the food was generally okay. The maintenance team was excellent – any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the maintenance man was particularly helpful. One gentleman on reception was also friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, most of the other staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which had a negative impact on the overall experience. I was also disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the room safe, which I feel should be included. The cocktails were overly sweet and very syrupy, making them difficult to enjoy.

Overall, the location and maintenance service were the highlights of the stay, but the customer service and additional charges let the hotel down.
