Personel niesamowity, recepcjonista Marcos niesamowity. Hotel w najlepszej lokalizacji w Puerto de la Cruz. Prośba o pokój na 6 piętrze z pieknym widokiem na aleje palmową spełniona. To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Wrócę.

Letnie kolacje, trzeba bylo wspierać sie mikrofalą, aby odgrzać zupę. Stare ręczniki, jest potrzeba wymiany na nowe.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel reception experience I have ever had.

We arrived around 10 PM after discovering that our nearby Airbnb was full of mold and unsafe to stay in. After two long flights with a toddler, we were exhausted and had no energy left to search for another place. This hotel was right next door, and we saw on Booking that rooms were available, so we went there immediately.

At reception, we were met by a young woman in a blue hoodie who, from the beginning, told us there were no rooms available. When we mentioned that Booking showed availability, she abruptly told us to “make the reservation on Booking” in a very dismissive tone.

Under normal circumstances, we would have left. But our toddler was already asleep in the stroller, and the situation was overwhelming. So we made the reservation on Booking right there, received confirmation, and waited again in line — only to be told, in the same rude tone, that the confirmation didn’t matter until she personally received it in their system. No estimated waiting time was given. No attempt to help. No empathy.

We waited over 40 minutes in the lobby, completely exhausted, with a small child asleep in the stroller. We were visibly distressed. At one point, due to extreme fatigue and stress, I experienced a panic attack. No one checked on us. No one acknowledged the situation. We were simply ignored.

When my husband approached the desk again to ask about the room, he was spoken to in a passive-aggressive manner, as if we were asking for charity instead of having a confirmed, paid reservation.

Eventually, after repeated insistence, we were given a room.

Because of my profession, I spend around 30% of my year staying in hotels. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy at a hotel reception.

A deeply disappointing and distressing experience.

La situación, la habitación espaciosa, pero sobre todo el GRAN EQUIPO HUMANO, todos desde Raquel, que nos recibió a la llegada en Recepción, a todos y cada uno de los integrantes del servicio en el comedor, camareras de piso, etc… súper profesionales, educados, atentos. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Cons:

Terrible para aparcar, hay un parking subterráneo justo debajo y, a pesar de tener acceso al hotel no es del propio hotel y hay que abonarlo, y no hay otros sitios donde aparcar, además de ser muy pequeño y dificultoso para aparcar, así como para maniobrar.
el hotel se ve que es viejo y mal cuidado, en la bañera había pegotes de silicona de pegar la mampara, también defectuosamente hecho

Amazing stay
Pros:

There were no negatives for our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful in all areas, we had a problem with our safe which was sorted instantly .We went all inclusive and the food and drinks at every meal were the best we've had so much variety nobody could say there wasn't anything to suit them at every meal .
The hotel was clean and very central with a small walk to the sea front I would definitely recommend and would return.
