colazione molto varia, camere spaziose e posizione ottima vicino al centro

Cons:

Ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione limitati alla sola zona adiacente alla sala colazioni che non hanno interferito più di tanto. Qualche disagio con gli ascensori poichè ne era disponibile solo uno e le scale non erano disponibili. Nessun altro disagio per i lavori

pulizia inesistente, servizi inesistenti, colazione scarsa, nessuna attenzione per intolleranze. Rapporto qualità prezzo non assolutamente congruo.
Spendere 597€. per tre notti ed alloggiare in una camera dove il davanzale della finestra era pieno di polvere e macchie di caffè, la vasca sporca di sapone cristallizzato ed un copripiumino rotto è una situazione non accettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle.
Abbiamo segnalato più volte in reception senza esito. Solo dopo avere allertato il servizio clienti di Booking, abbiamo ricevuto semplicemente le scuse. Rimane il disagio che ha arrecato la situazione. Ho domandato una cuffia per la doccia e mi è stato detto che sono sprovvisti. Valutazione dell'hotel non più di due stelle. Aggiungo che la struttura è in ristrutturazione quindi sporco e polvere ovunque, la palaestra non è agibile ed il personale totalmente incurante degli ospiti.

Solo dopo la presentazione è arrivata la mail con l’avviso che al interno della struttura ci sono dei lavori.
Prima giorno non funzionava la TV - ci hanno detto che era il problema dei lavori al di fuori della struttura.
La cosa da segnalare è che al interno delle camere, visto che ne abbiamo prese due, l’aria condizionata non funzionava. Non c’era la possibilità di regolare singolarmente - era centralizzata.
Abbiamo fatto presente più volte che l’aria condizionata non funzionava ma non è stato fatto nulla per migliorare.

Tutto sommato bene anche se il prezzo ( considerata la ristrutturazione sarebbe dovuto essere un po’ inferiore)

Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux, avec des problèmes de propreté (mais surtout dans les espaces communs) et des équipements parfois manquantes. Mais rien de catastrophique et qui ne soit appelé à être corrigé prochainement.
