Pros:

Hotel carino, pulito e confortevole.
Colazione, ottima, variegata e abbondante.
Posizione comoda, non lontana dalla stazione dei treni, utili per raggiungere, anche in giornata, vari luoghi d'interesse

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciuti i gradini all"ingresso dell'hotel, proibitivi per persone con difficolta' di deambulazione o per un genitore con il passeggino.
Spero fosse presente un ingresso alternativo al quale non ho fatto caso!

Lo recomiento, gran hotel
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y la cama comoda, el personal es muy amable tienen un buen servicio al cliente, el desayuno muy rico estaba variado y suficiente, la ubicación es excelente porque al centro historico puedes llegar caminando, cerca hay gran variedad de restaurantes, panaderias y demas.

Cons:

Nuestro baño presentaba una humedad en el cielo raso del baño, y teníamos una gotera sobre el lavamanos, nos genero incomodidad para utilizar el lavamanos, la situación fue informada al personal y segun entiendo lo reparaban al salir nosotros de la habitación.

È stata un’esperienza piacevole, ci tornerei volentieri.
Pros:

Stanza ampia e spaziosa, tende adeguate e coprenti (non passava luce, le ho adorate), personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione abbondante e di qualità. Struttura vicina al centro e alle stazioni.

Cons:

La pulizia poteva essere migliore. Nel bagno ho trovato dei capelli lunghi rossi dietro al wc e sono rimasti lì anche se ogni giorno richiedevamo la pulizia della camera. Inoltre la luce nel bagno era scarsa. Lo specchio era dotato di un sistema con luce a led integrata che però non funzionava. Dal frigo proveniva un cattivo odore.

If I’m ever back in Brussels this will be the first place I try to stay.
Pros:

The staff were incredible! They really went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. I can’t thank them enough. The rooms had just undergone a renovation and they were incredible. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in despite the fact that work was ongoing there.

Soggiorno perfetto e relax assicurato
Pros:

Staff generalmente cordiale (cambiava spesso, chi più chi meno), hotel confortevole e pulito, situato in una zona super comoda sia per raggiungere la stazione che il centro città. La camera è come descritta su booking, anzi ha superato le aspettative.

Cons:

Sicuramente avere la parete confinante con l'ascensore non è stato piacevole perchè si sentiva forte il rumore. E l'odore dei prodotti usati per pulire non era gradevole, nonostante la camera si presentasse ben pulita ed ordinata. L'unica pecca, la camera presentava un piccolo spazio separato per il wc senza finestra e senza aspiratore.

Pros:

Stanza pulita anche se con qualche dettaglio da sistemare. In generale, un bellissimo hotel, curato e pulito con uno staff gentilissimo. Posizione ottima, si può raggiungere a piedi sia la stazione che la grand place.

Cons:

La stanza è risultata un pò impolverata con macchie sul tappeto e sulle lenzuola. Fortunatamente il servizio di pulizia è ottimo e almeno per quanto riguarda le lenzuola c'è sempre il ricambio. Comunque nulla di grave.

Pros:

La chambre était grande et confortable, très calme ne donnant pas sur l'avenue.
L'ascenseur descendant directement à la salle du petit-déjeuner est appréciable.
Plusieurs viennoiseries au petit-déjeuner.
La proximité de la station de métro Annessens qui est à deux stations de la gare du Midi et l'hôtel à 10mn du centre historique où le choix des restaurants est plus important et de qualité qu'à proximité de l'hôtel.
La bagagerie a permis de profiter des visites pour la dernière journée.

Cons:

Une petite rampe pour monter les valises jusqu'au hall de l'hôtel serait bien venue.
Une bouteille d'eau pourrait être proposée dans les chambres standard.
Deux percolateurs plutôt qu'un seul au petit déjeuner est nécessaire quand le nombre de touristes est plus important à la même heure.

Ottima soluzione con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione centrale. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Stanza pulita e ben arredata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
