Otelin yenilenmiş ve temiz olması. Odaların geniş olması, çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımsever oluşu. Ayrıca yürüyerek merkeze de tren garına da varabiliyorduk.

Cons:

Ayrıca depozit olarak 50 euro istemeleri ilginçti. Çıkışta paramızı geri verdiler ama girişte şaşırdığımız bir uygulamaydı. Gare du Midi civarı pek tekin görünmüyordu. Neyse ki oraya mesafesi 1,5 km idi.

Their Air Condition system works 1 hour & 1 hour it swithes off. Complained to hotel reception & they said the system is set up like this....i had to request a padestal fan in the middle of the night.....it was hot in Brussels

To sum up, I would go back to this hotel even though they don’t have room service.
Pros:

The location, not far from Gare du Midi.
Comfortable beds
Very nice breakfast lady and night receptionist
Two very nice gentlemen at the reception who help find a solution for the AC.

Cons:

Some works were being done so noise one morning when I wanted to sleep.
Room phone was not working because no plug.
No restaurant/room service

O ar condicionado funcionava em horário escalonado por andar - ficava por horas desligado - quem decidia o horário de ligar e desligar era o hotel e não o hóspede - isso em pleno verão.

Horrible place on the day i stayed, i was supposed to stay 2 nights

Cons:

nothing worked, A/C,wifi,TV,refrigerator and phone did not work. The room was hotter than an oven, worst night of my trip checked out in the morning and checked into the Pullman very nice!

Cons:

This is a hotel that was quite luxurious at a point but has possibly fallen on harder times. Air conditioning was rationed to rotate by floor. A lift was broken. Dated shower controls in a tub. No water glass in bathroom. The room, hallways, reception were all clean and well kept but larger expenses and upgrades may be getting delayed. The area is borderline unsafe towards Midi/Zuid train station; a bit better towards Centraal station. Take a taxi to the hotel and don’t expect to stroll nearby.

Parfait pour découvrir Bruxelles
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et très comfortables. Personnel serviable.
Hotel à mi chemin entre Gare du Midi et centre ville , parfait comme point de départ pour découverte de la ville à pied.

Cons:

Un peu plus de fraicheur dans le petit déjeuner (jus de fruit frais ou fruit frais)
