Nice pool and good general staff - management not so good!

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, some questionable marks on the furniture, the hot water failed for two days and the the bathroom was dated and dirty

Pros:

Superior room with seaview was excellent . We had sunrise to 3pm directly on our balcony

Cons:

It felt overcrowded at times , especially by the main pool on sunny days . Buffet was also very busy , with people going in all directions.

A relaxing and very comfortable stay and would certainly recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

The hotel ambience was great….friendly and courteous staff and lovely facilities. It was kept spotlessly clean.
There was a huge range of food at breakfast and dinner to suit all tastes and it was all very fresh and appetising.

Cons:

The waiting staff were sometimes too efficient and cleared our table before we had finished our meal…..though we appreciate they were having to cater for a large number of guests.

La chambre n’était pas très propre, les finitions laissaient à désirer et vraiment je n’ai pas été une grande fan du petit déjeuner et dîner …

Magnifique séjour et chance avec la météo

Situation, personnel très agréable, confort,et surtout la nourriture au top

Ontbijt en dinerbuffet waren uitstekend!

Cons:

Kamer 1001 werd mij geboden als upgrade, maar het was in alle opzichten een downgrade. Terras was een ongezellige binnenplaats. In de kamer geen spiegel, geen goede plek om jas en handdoeken op te hangen. De kast is geen vlees en geen vis; jurken kun je niet ophangen en te weinig legruimte. Geen bureautje of tafel waaraan je kunt schrijven, alleen een statafel. Geen uitzicht. Geen douchemuts, maar wel een regendouche, overigens met een slap straaltje. Temperatuur van het water moeilijk te regelen. Kortom beneden alle peil.

Pros:

Las piscinas son lo mejor. El buffet muy completo y el personal es encantador. El spa es super agradable y las chicas que lo llevan un 10.

Cons:

Nos encantó todo, sin embargo, los dos últimos días nos encontramos dos cucarachas en la zona del buffet. Una por la noche en las ensaladas, y la otra, al día siguiente, en la entrada del comedor. Sabemos que esto puede ocurrir por estar en plena naturaleza, pero nos resultó desagradable y vemos importante resaltarlo para que se tomen las medidas oportunas para el resto de huéspedes. Además, a la llegada de nuestra estancia , nos dieron una habitación oscura y pegada a mantenimiento (1012). Sin embargo, tenemos que decir que,cuando fuimos a pedir un cambio, Dominique nos atendió estupendamente y nos ofreció sendas opciones que mejoraban la estancia. Gracias por ello.
