Établissement relativement confortable petit déjeuner sur dimensionné mais correct. Dîners buffet très abondants mais avec beaucoup de plats préparés à base de restes.
Équipements (piscine, spa) sous dimensionnés par rapport à la dimension de l’hôtel. Pas de sun beds pour tout le monde et spa très petit nécessitant une réservation plusieurs jours à l’avance. Pas de parking réservé et une police municipale prompte à verbaliser sans raison. Personnels aimables mais inefficaces. Eau en bouteille payante à tous les repas alors même que la réception déconseille de boire l’eau du robinet (plus de 2 euros les 50cl) qui n’est d’ailleurs pas disponible sur les buffets. Nettoyage des chambres très légers. En 10 jours nous avons dû expressément demander que l’on nous change une fois les draps.

Room- shower drain was very poor. Flooding parts of bathroom area.Threshold for shower at shower entrance was loose and allowing water out of enclosure. Curtain hanging off railing slightly.
De los mejores hoteles que he estado,las instalaciones excelentes un bufet espectacular,la zona,el personal....sobretodo la chica que hacía la animación en la piscina que era encantadora! En definitiva todo...volvere!

bed was uncomfortable as 2 joined together and kept separating with a dip in the middle
Loved everything about our stay. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and so so relaxed. Everything and everyone were absolutely wonderful.
If I had to nitpick at all, the AC wasn’t super easy in our room and didn’t love the lack of privacy for the toilet in our room. Otherwise it was great!

Le buffet, très grand choix pour tous les goûts. Le personnel sympathique.
La chambre était petite (plus petite que ce que nous pensions), il n'y avait même pas un fauteuil pour s'y asseoir. La salle de bains est mal agencée (le lavabo peu séparé de la chambre).
Gentillesse du personnel ( de l’accueil à la restauration et ménage), qualité du buffet le matin, et tte bon emplacement.

I booked ages ago but when we arrived we were given different blocks. This did not suit at all. I suffer from anxiety and my wife was in another block. I’m diabetic and needed to eat but ended up being led down numerous corridors which caused me great anxiety. Why were our rooms not beside each other?? I want to know why ? Is it because it’s 2 women?? I’m also vegetarian and there were no markings on the foods to say they were meat or otherwise!! I think it’s extraordinary to put one booking into two separate blocks. I’m not happy at all. It’s not acceptable for what we paid. Obviously we were together but needed separate rooms as I made the booking in my name !!! An answer please as to why it happened. It ruined my first night and the following day.

Med en pris på vel 3000 pr natt så fikk vi et rom med en svært ubehagelig terrasse.
The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, despite the hotel appearing to be in a quiet location, on one night there was loud , deafening, incessant, music until after 3.30 am. It was the Carnival but I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel if I had known...
