Un acierto en general
Pros:

Las piscinas son lo mejor. El buffet muy completo y el personal es encantador. El spa es super agradable y las chicas que lo llevan un 10.

Cons:

Nos encantó todo, sin embargo, los dos últimos días nos encontramos dos cucarachas en la zona del buffet. Una por la noche en las ensaladas, y la otra, al día siguiente, en la entrada del comedor. Sabemos que esto puede ocurrir por estar en plena naturaleza, pero nos resultó desagradable y vemos importante resaltarlo para que se tomen las medidas oportunas para el resto de huéspedes. Además, a la llegada de nuestra estancia , nos dieron una habitación oscura y pegada a mantenimiento (1012). Sin embargo, tenemos que decir que,cuando fuimos a pedir un cambio, Dominique nos atendió estupendamente y nos ofreció sendas opciones que mejoraban la estancia. Gracias por ello.

Pros:

Magnifique établissement bien situé proche du bord de mer ainsi que du joli centre animé. la nourriture était excellente et variée, personnel attentionné, literie de très bonne qualité.
Petit bémol, en janvier beaucoup d'emplacements dont terrasses sont à l'ombre.
Magnifique séjour que nous recommandons.

Cons:

Les terrasses sont à l'ombre toute la journée, en tout cas en janvier.

Den Aufenthalt konnten wir als angenehm empfinden (unsere Freunde allerdings nicht, lautes Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren keine Ablagen, aber man hat uns eine schmale Couch vor das Bett gestellt.
Die Coctails in der Sportbar wurden sehr unterschielich gemixt. Manche waren sehr gut. Ein anderes mal waren sie eher enttäuschend.

Il ristorante, ma non il cibo che era di buona qualità, assortito ,con proposte anche varie e ricercate ,una cena direi ottima;la colazione altrettanto a mio avviso mancava il salmone , ma glii spazi dedicati al buffett sottodimensionati,dove era difficile muoversi per la presenza eccessiva di persone.
Siamo andati al ristorante per la cena dopo le 20- 20,30 e c'era un po di normalità dalle 21 alle 21,30.
Al mattino eravamo per la colazione alle 7, 30 o subito dopo.
Una ressa di persone così al ristorante danneggia di molto il piacere della vacanza.
Un''altra carenza sono gli spazi comuni al coperto: due divani vicino alla reception dove qualche coppia giocava anche a carte.

Location was superb, right in the middle of resort and next to beach. All staff were very attentive and always willing to help.

Cons:

Being charged for water at dinner when we had paid for half board. Room, although clean and tidy, was dated and in need of decorating. When using bedside electrical socket plugs would hang as they were very loose. One electrical point under coffee machine did not work at all and we had to keep switching plugs from kettle and coffee machine every day.

Me facturer 3 chambres de 27 m2 quand une faisais moitié moins. Malgré les relances du service client Booking l’hôtel n’a fait aucune excuse ni geste commercial. C’est navrant !!

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, einer schönen Außenanlage, komfortablen Zimmern, die alle einen Balkon haben, und direktem Zugang zum Strand. Das Frühstücks- und Abenbuffet (ich hatte Halbpension) war sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig.

El personal es un encanto, muy pendientes en todo momento. El hotel es sencillo pero cuenta con todo lo necesario. La ubicación del mismo un acierto para conocer la isla además de contar con acceso directo al paseo marítimo. El buffet bastante completo y variado.

Colchón bastante blando.

chambre spacieuse et très bien équipées. Literie confortable. Repas très variées et très bien présentés. Espaces divers pour petit déjeuner ou diner (terrasse, espace cosy, ou grande salle) . La piscine principale est extraordinaire, idéale pour marcher , nager , se délacer.

Cons:

Petit Bémol : la terrasse de notre chambre était un peu trop petite. Cependant la vue sur la piscine était agréable.
