Beautiful and unique hotel fantastic views over the beach, the main pool area is an Oasis during the day with the sun blazing down, the property is very clean with a beautiful smell inside and out! food was also excellent, the pool are perhaps could have been cleaner some of the stone work was grubby, and the tv in my room didnt always work, I stayed in the Radisson Blu 4 nights prior to staying here it was a little cheaper and would say the room in that hotel was better quality, however overall the Barcelo was an excellent place to stay eith so much character!
We were moved from our original room as we had no internet signal at all, second suite we were given was lovely. The breakfast and dinner was fab, food is excellent, can't fault it
The pool itself is fabulous, but the surrounding area is not! It's great that they have so many sunbeds, but they are literally on top of each other, there's no space whatsoever. The cleanliness of the pool area is questionable, there were plastic cups, napkins and straws discarded in one area - and they remained there for 3 days! The ground is all stained from spilled drinks so they obviously never hose the area down, luckily we had heavy rain one of the days which sorted that problem. There was a plastic cup blowing around beside the pool, one of the guys was clearing out rubbish - he walked past it 3 times!! There are no bins in the area so people just leave their rubbish behind!
El personal es encantador. El edificio es bonito y agradable. La piscina está protegida del viento, que en Lanzarote eso hace mucho y hay tumbonas pasta todo el mundo. Los bufets son muy variados, reponen todo durante todo el horario, y hay muchísimo personal atendiendo que además es super amable. El gimnasio es agradable.
La calidad de la cena es regulera. Mucho de todo, pero pescado o carne.... poco y mediocre. Aunque cumple su función, y alrededor no hay sitios donde vayas a cenar mejor. Así que, salvo que quieras conducir 15 minutos, el hotel es la mejor opción para cenar.
El spa acaba a las 19h, que es cuando abre el bufet de la cena, pero si pudiera seguir abierto un poco más, para ir al final del día, sería estupendo.
El concepto de baño abierto es un poco incómodo por la falta de privacidad, y porque el ruido y luz del lavabo o la ducha inevitablemente despiertan a quien esté durmiendo si compartes habitación.

We do not usually stay in hotels but this hotel surpassed our expectations! Beautful breakfast each morning, happy staff and a lovely salt water pool which was lovely and warm. The room was beautifully clean. Super comfortable beds!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen im Barceló Teguise Beach verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war für und perfekt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt und man hatte von allem genug. Beim Buffet sowie in den Restaurants war das Essen hervorragend mit einer grossen Auswahl. Der Strand liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und für Ausflüge ist das Hotel optimal gelegen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für diese unvergesslichen Flitterwochen!
