Todo muy enfocado al turística No español. La habitación doble de luxe ( armario l regular su estado , baño , cisterna en mal estado , la limpieza bien en general en la habitación fuera de ella ( zonas comunes ) muy regular .
Muy buena experiencia. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias, excelente limpieza, jardines preciosos y un buffet variado y correcto. Todo el personal fue muy amable, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Idaira, por su cercanía y por recomendar experiencias que hacen la estancia aún más especial, y a Vagner, del Lobby Bar, por su gran profesionalidad y excelente atención. Sin duda, un equipo que marca la diferencia.
The bed and the position of the room - no sun at any point of the day which was great. The Air Con is not directed at the bed, which is also nice.
Breakfast finishes too early, could be till 11am. The sunloungers were almost always taken by lonely towels. This needs to be monitored better.
Peaceful, very comfortable bed, beautiful view, exceptional food choice, great entertainment, lovely large pool, plenty of sunbeds. Staff all very helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Hot water took a little time to come through in our room.

Pool view room and easy access to beach
We had a deluxe room and in other deluxe Baracelo rooms we received to és and slippers.In this I had to request.
Also 1st night could not use jacuzzi as it was dirty but it was soon cleaned fir us.
