Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal, la comida del bufete estuvo muy buena y siempre variada. Habitación grande y limpia. Piscina acogedora y limpia. Para repetir seguramente.

Siendo agosto a veces no se encontraba sitio para las hamacas, pero me imagino que en esta fecha pasa en cualquier lugar.
Nos tocó una habitación mediocre casi mala, una terraza pequeña con sillas y mesa de la peor calidad, y delante de la misma había un terrado lleno de piedras y la verdad imagen poco agradable, y la peor experiencia cuando te vas de vacaciones, llegas a aeropuerto, coges un coche y llegas al hotel, que es nuestro caso fue lo peor , porque no hay aparcamiento para poder aparcar el coche con lo cansado que llegas y al personal de hotel le importó muy poco, comentó la de recepción por las calles de alrededor se puede aparcar, asi que buscate la vida, venga a dar vueltas para aparcar, así que en este sentido no recomiendo el hotel para nada porque delante de hotel hay 15 plazas y siempre están llenas y seguramente la mitad de las plazas están ocupados por el personal del hotel. Pensaroslo antes para ir a ese hotel. Lo único que se puede decir que era bueno era el restaurante bufete, tanto el desayuno como la cena la verdad que era de buena de calidad. Nosotros vamos mucho a Canarias y seguro que no repetiremos ese hotel.
No poder aparcar el coche en una zona turistica y que el hotel no disponga de aparcamiento, cuando vuelves de vacaciones a sufrir para poder aparcar, la habitación que nos tocó era muy mala calidad, colchón muy incomodo, ducha con poca presión de agua,
Es un hotel increíble. La habitación es muy acogedora, las instalaciones están genial y la comida y el servicio de 10.
La verdad que no tener teles smart TV en las habitaciones hoy en día es un fallo gordo! La gente busca poder ponerse sus series, películas y música en sus habitaciones. Tienen un sistema que no funciona nada bien. Creo que deberían rectificar quitar ese sistema y poner teles en condiciones.

Second time I've been there and will go back again.
One small issue that needs addressing. The decking area next to the smaller pool over looking the beach. An area about 8sq metres of decking is loose and is a potential hazard. It needs repairing or replacing. It is a well used area that also serves as a smoking area. Hasnt caused me any issues but does need sorting

I kept getting towels and pillows with stains was the only thing i didnt like.

La tranquillité, la piscine et la modernité des chambres, la qualité du restaurant
Chambres un peu étroites, les boutiques en dessous de l’établissement car je n e m’y attendais pas. Et un coup de propre serait bon.
La variété au petit déjeuner, le personnel du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement
Difficulté pour se garer (pas de parking réservé à l’hôtel), la désorganisation de la réception, le niveau de service du personnel, mauvaise gestion des transats à la piscine (beaucoup de gens qui mettent leur serviettes sur les transats puis partent), le pain et les viennoiseries au petit déjeuner ne sont pas bonnes.
Si vous pensiez faire un check in en avance il faut savoir que à Lanzarote aucune exception n’est faite l’heure c’est l’heure, soit 15h même si une chambre est déjà prête!
