Kuntosali on erinomainen (technogym matot, painoja, muita laitteita), ruoka poikkeuksellisen hyvää ollakseen hintaan kuuluva. Vaihtuva ja monipuolinen valikoima tuoreita ja paikallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, ja yksi lounastilausvirhe paikattiin erittäin ammattimaisesti ilmaisilla annoksilla.

Ainut selkeä miinus oli hotellin allasalueella alasti aurinkoa ottavat saksalaiset eläkeläiset, mikä ei ole OK perhehotellille. Henkilökunta ei omatoimisesti puuttunut toimintaan.

Huone siisti, sänky ehkä aavistuksen hassu, mutta ei huono. Allas hyvä, ranta erinomainen.

Super Lage direkt am Meer, hervorragendes Personal, alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum. Wunderbares Hotel, sehr schön ruhig.

Es war wirklich toll. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren vom Essen - sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen - begeistert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Insbesondere der einfache Zugang zum Meer ist sehr praktisch gewesen. Das Einzige, dass den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hätte, wäre die

Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich).

Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Das Essen leider überteuert für die gebotene Qualität, Personal hilfsbereit, könnte aber freundlicher sein. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Auszeit.

10 out of 10!! Excellent food, perfect and super friendly service, great refurb. Big thanks to all the teammembers - it is not easy after a re-opening to such a great job.
One thing: the access from the beach to the resort should be controlled, we noticed people from outside using the hotel facitilities, could also be a safety issue.

A place to return to – culinary excellence, warm hospitality, premium quality

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Sarena di Muro – and we were thoroughly impressed. The resort is not only beautifully located but also stands out for its genuine hospitality, high service standards, and culinary variety, which offers several true highlights.

The breakfast buffet is excellent: a wide selection of fresh fruits, healthy raw vegetable options, and consistently high-quality choices.

The à la carte restaurant deserves special mention – this is gourmet dining at its finest! Dishes are creative, delicately balanced, and beautifully presented. We’ve rarely experienced this level of culinary craftsmanship in a holiday resort. A big compliment to the kitchen and service teams!

The beach and pool bar food offering is also very well executed – fresh, light, and perfectly suited for a day by the water.

Across all areas, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional – we felt seen, recognised, and warmly welcomed. Housekeeping, front desk, F&B: all top-notch.

Conclusion: We’ll definitely be back – and we highly recommend this hotel. If you value elegant relaxation, top-quality cuisine, and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place to be.

Great hotel in a great location right on the beach.

Rigtig god beliggenhed direkte på stranden. Fri afbenyttelse af strandhåndklæder var dejligt. God plads ved poolen trods højsæson. Fitnessfaciliteter var meget gode. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Aftensmad (buffet) var meget dyr i forhold til hvad man fik. Gode parkeringsmuligheder på gaden uden for weekenden.

Das **Hotel Palace de Muro** ist ein schönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage, die sowohl Strandliebhaber als auch Ausflügler anspricht. Insgesamt verdient es 4 Sterne, jedoch gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten.

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind durchaus komfortabel, allerdings wäre ein Upgrade der Ausstattung wünschenswert, um den modernen Standards gerecht zu werden. Auch der Poolbereich könnte optimiert werden, da es leider oft an ausreichend Liegen mangelt, was vor allem in der Hochsaison ein Problem darstellt. Eine Verlängerung der Poolzeiten wäre ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, da dies den Gästen mehr Flexibilität bei der Nutzung bieten würde.

Das Essen im Hotel ist absolut hervorragend – sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität der Speisen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Hier zeigt sich das Hotel von seiner besten Seite und bietet ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Alles in allem ist das **Hotel Palace de Muro** ein schönes Hotel, das mit ein paar Anpassungen das Potenzial hat, noch besser zu werden.

Für den fünften Stern müssten neue Amaturen im Badezimmer installiert werden und die Schimmelstellen beseitigt werden.
Normalerweise hätten wir jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser und Toilettenartikel auf dem Zimmer haben sollen. Dies hat leider nur sporadisch funktioniert. Strand, Außenanlage, Pool und vor allem das Personal sind top.
