Agradable pero siendo Agosto mi experiencia no fue de un hotel 5 *

El diseño y la decoración! La ubicación era fantástica también!

Cons:

Hay una comprensión por ser Agosto y temporada alta, pero hubo varios detalles que no son propios de un hotel 5*. El ascensor se demoraba bastante en bajar y subir, la calidad del room service para nada era de esa categoría, patatas congeladas y platos y elaboraciones muy sencillas. Hubo un día que no hicieron la habitación por falta de inmediatez o acción, se les pidió en 2 ocasiones que estaríamos fuera 45min para que hicieran la habitación, y no se pasaron… eso derivó en ausencia de papel higiénico, camas sin hacer y habitación desatendida. El día que se pidió el room service tardaron bastante en atender la llamada por overbooking, por otro lado el parking estaba completo… siento que un hotel ha de abarcar la capacidad que puede abarcar, eso en servicio y disponibilidad. Por último el desayuno sorprendió que no se pudiera pedir ningún plato concreto tipo huevos benedictinos o French toast o tortitas, además de la mayoría de zumos que eran industriales, cuando hablamos de un 5* estos detalles pueden cuidarse con mayor presencia! Aún así, gracias por toda la experiencia

Pros:

Nice rooms and had an adjoining room so great for family. Good location near Guggenheim

Cons:

The split between ‘normal’ paying guests and the level. I feel that the hotel is 4 star when not paying extra for the Level

Il ristorante e la colazione sono sicuramente di un ottimo livello.La posizione è di certo molto comoda perché hai vicino la fermata del tram e comunque sei ad un passo dal centro storico.

Cons:

La pulizia,si sono pure dimenticati di rifarci la stanza e nonostante l’avessimo richiesto nuovamente nulla è stato fatto.Il personale all’accoglienza in generale,non molto cordiale e non capace di gestire l’organizzazione dei posti auto disponibili nel parcheggio della struttura. Da una catena come il Melia ti aspetti un pochino di più..
