Stylisch und perfekt für Citytrip nach Bilbao
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Junior Suite bekommen, die sehr schön und geräumig war. Im 6. Stock mit Blick auf den benachbarten Park. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und eine Flasche Sekt, sehr aufmerksam. Außerdem konnten wir den "Level" nutzen, einen VIP-Bereich mit leckeren Snacks und Getränken (gratis) mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück ebenfalls im separaten Bereich. Perfekte Lage des Hotels am Fluss, alles fußläufig erreichbar (Guggenheim, Altstadt, Standseilbahn). Flughafenbus hält in der Nähe. Sehr geschmackvoller, stylischer Look.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können und der Service dort aufmerksamer (es gab Eierspeisen auf Bestellung, die aber nicht wirklich proaktiv angeboten wurden).

Está todo muy limpio, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno buenísimo m.

Cons:

No tenían plazas de parking libres, aunque nos recomendaron un parking a 3 minutos andando.

Lovely comfortable hotel overlooking the park

The room was very comfortable

Cons:

Nothing really, a little irritating they didn’t let us know about the festival taking place on the first night we arrived - this meant we had trouble getting a taxi to the hotel and had to walk quite a distance with a big suitcase. It was also very noisy and busy - albeit there was a great atmosphere just a little bit of consideration of incoming guests and better communication would have prepared us.

Generally pleased with our stay with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfectly located, modern spacious rooms with usb sockets and free WiFi

Cons:

Complimentary room provisions such as tea bags & tissues were only sporadically restocked by the maids. Breakfast was available until 10:30am however it was evident that arrivals past 10am would undoubtedly find the buffet had not been restocked for certain dishes and wind down/clear up took place far earlier than advertised with diners tables being cleared sometimes during eating. Other than immediate reception staff not a great deal of English spoken - Spanish speaking beneficial.

The room was wonderful and clean with a lovely view. The staff was very polite and helpful

The breakfast at 30€ was way to expensive. The pool is really quite small but nice that it‘s there
