Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación genial, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan más atención. Para ser un 5 estrellas, está un poco descuidado. La piscina hoy no estaba limpia, el baño no bajaba muy bien el agua.

This was a great place for us to stay to visit the Guggenheim Museum and Bilbao riverfront.
Pros:

This was a last-minute choice for us, as we had not anticipated having time in our trip to visit Bilbao, but I am glad we did. Our main destination was the Guggenheim Museum, and the hotel was walking distance from that, but far enough removed to avoid the crowds and noise. A wonderful choice, and the breakfast buffet -- including the gluten-free options -- was exceptional!

Tolles Hotel, mit einer super Lage, aber nicht zentral
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist auch großzügig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Lage ist super, obwohl es einbißchen weiter weg ist vom Zentrum. Daneben ist ein sehr schöner Park. Hotel selber ist super schön und modern.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten einbißchen mehr willkommen heißen.
