Ha sido una estancia agradable pero se estropeó uno de los dos ascensores y subir y bajar era una lata.
Pros:

El servicio de habitaciones , la crema de calabaza aunque te cobraban 5 euros extras por cada comida. Nunca lo vi en ningún 5 estrellas

Cons:

Estaba lejos del casco histórico unos 40 minutos paseando. La zona es preciosa rodeada de parques pero está lejos.

Conveniently located hotel for a short visit.
Pros:

Great location, close to the amazing Guggenheim Bilbao. Like external design of the building.

Cons:

Staff not friendly to non Caucasian races. Rooms need updating, carpets have stains & bathroom smells of mould. I had to request slippers, robe & amenities- not 5 star at all to have to ask. Not enough variety of vegetables at breakfast. Wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights. It’s more a 4 star hotel.

Convenient room in a convenient location for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Really nice room: Beautiful. Fresh. Quiet. Nice view. Nicely smelling. Perfect temperature. Beautiful bathroom - specious. Good location in a peaceful neighborhood.

Cons:

The hotel seems understaffed. Quite long line to check in. Very little staff at breakfast that felt rather anonymous and uncharming although the variety of foods was ok.
