Pricing wasn’t bad, pillows could be changed for more firm and thicker ones. Location was very very good!!!

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Pillows were flat and some of the electrical receptacles were difficult to get to.

Nice location near everything clean hotel

Cons:

There was no hot water at 730 am which was a bummer we let the water run for more then 10 mins seeing that we were on the 3rd floor and still nothing

I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my daily walks to the Convention Center.
Pros:

I loved the free coffee and selection of items. Everything was filled and extremely clean. Staff promptly cleaned the areas. All were treated with kindness. I appreciated the ability to get coffe during the after hours.
