The location was perfect

The room was clean and tidy. The view from the window was amazing. The bar and reception staff were pleasant and friendly.

Good friendly reception staff. Bar staff did like his mobile. Room was adequate plenty of in room drinks. Not much of a drinks (spirit) selection. Very poor food menu.

Meet and greet fine. Despite the heavy price tag for a standard double room the accomodation was extremely basic and in need of extensive refurbishment. I cannot remember the last time I was instructed to keep the shower curtain inside the bath!!! Bedroom was basic very few hospitality extras ie enough tea coffee milk etc No Biscuits !! . Opted for an evening meal there given its proximity to M&S bank arena which was reasonably priced though a limited menu. However , at breakfast the next day wonderful staff ,service lovely, food good.seemed like a different place. I wouldnt personally return .

Reasonably priced for being so close to docks with lots of eateries and other attractions.

I found this hotel to be witnin 10 mins walking to city center. Being just outside city meant that is was nice and quiet. 5 mins away China Town. 5 mins away Albert Dock. Beautiful pleasant location.

Lovely staff great food ,rooms could do with updating and a lift would be good but wouldn’t let this stop us from staying again.

Liverpool has got very expensive over the years, we visit a lot and find Campanile Liverpool excellent, have been to a few and Campaniles and find this one the best.

The staff were very friendly … the hotel needs a bit of TLC … my main gripe would be the bed you could feel all springs we even turned the bed round which was a help however sleeping was a real the whole of the Four nights we were there … we were told that they new of the mattress problems and are sorted very soon

The building not attached to reception wondered would any problem ariseon corridors in rooms eyc would reception hear. And the doors to the building opened without a secure code. Coukd anyone enter the sleeping areas.

Convenient location and parking

We knew this was a budget hotel and would not normally book this standard, but for the night we needed to be in town there was little else available. Despite the room and hotel block being in desperate need of a refurb we had no problems. Some inconsiderate, disruptive noise from other guests at night but it didn't last so didn't feel the need to take any action. Lack of mirror in bedroom inconvenient, no hand towel, just 2 smallish bath towels, but overall, for the average room price, you get what you pay for. Staff all very friendly. Tea and coffee making facilites good, with easy restock in reception area. Don't be put off by distance from centre not too bad, easy walking. Plenty of parking, convenient and good value compared to other sites. We used vouchers for our stay so no complaints, had we paid £90 for the room for the night I might not have been so happy with the small tired room, but all in all, it did what we needed it to for the weekend. We did not eat or use the bar there so cannot comment on that. Might not be my first choice, but would use again for the right price.

Friendly staff is a big thing for me and the staff here were very good .

Easy to book , clean comfortable room , quality breakfast tea and coffe facilities and able to park outside, close to docks shopping and nightlife , close enough to walk to , yet far enough to use uber or taxi . Good quality food at restaurant, but also able to purchase macdonalds kfc late at night as they are situated across the road , stayed here numerous times never disapoints.

Fantastic value for money.
