Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The birthday surprise with a chocolate cake made our experience even more memorable. The chocolate cake was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The staff were very attentive and welcomed us with great warmth and care. We sincerely appreciate the effort put into making this birthday such a special and unforgettable one. Highly recommended hotel.

Pros:

The price is reasonable and the food are also delicious. All the staffs are kind and helpful. As it's located just beside the Inya Lake, the view is amazing. I will go there again if I have a chance.

Special thank toHtet Htet, Htun Eaindar Lin from housekeeping department.The room always clean and tidy.Maintaining the room everyday and truely appreciate for their great servic. Other facilities are also good with clean and fresh atmosphere, environment and beautiful view.

I would like to give special thanks to Phyo lae wai, the housekeeper. The room was always very clean and well maintained. Phyo is very helpful and always assists with a warm smile whenever I need anything. Her service made my stay more comfortable and pleasant. Highly appreciated.

The best view and best service
Pros:

The view in this room is fabulous. The other hotel that I stay had many buildings and very noise. But in this hotel the surroundings is so quiet and it’s very serene. And also the service is so good. They know exactly what I want and the provide everything I wanted immediately. The room attendants Cho Hnin and Wint Phoo Eain give me an excellent service. The help me with everything. And they immediately give me whatever I need. And I always stayed at this hotel. At first they give me garden view. But this time they give me lake view and I’m really enjoy this room than the first one. The view is very amazing. I reall recommend this hotel’s rooms.

Great stay there
Pros:

Great location nearby to everywhere
The compound is huge and so many trees and landscaping. Really nice and beautiful atmosphere with excellent lake view.
The room is very nice ,clean and quiet. I can enjoy both sun rise and sunset views from my room and that was amazing. All items and facilities included in the room are perfect.
Staffs are extremely friendly and always ready for anything. Especially the girl named Kyawt Kay Khaing , she is so lovely and friendly person and always came with smile when I needed her help .
The housekeeping work was always done perfectly and I m satisfied with their great service , especially these three staffs - Htet Htet ,Eaindra Moe Myint and Kyawt Kay Khaing.
Breakfast was also very delicious and varieties to choose.
Overall experience was great.
Thanks for my peaceful three nights stay there.

We loved stepping into the delightful Myanmar culture we experienced at this hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I loved the Myanmar milk tea very much. The hotel is a little old but clean and comfortable. My wife, daughter, and I had a delightful 3 day stay at your hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Yangon. Thank you for treating us so royally!
