Kurz gefasst : sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.Definitiv empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber wir hatten das Hotel schon Mal im Anspruch genommen (vor etwa drei Jahren) und mein wohl nicht ganz objektives Gefühl sagt mir daß die Qualität nachgelassen hat.Definitiv überzeugend ist die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personels

Pros:

Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum Gliwic, niedaleko rynku. Można dojść pieszo do dworca PKP oraz PreZero Areny.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, szczególnie na śniadaniu.
Na korytarzach dostępne są dystrybutory z wodą.

Cons:

Pokój wymaga generalnego remontu. Ściany były brudne, a meble miały widoczne ślady używania. Łóżko niezbyt wygodne, a poduszki były naprawdę niskie. Brak jakiegokolwiek wygłuszenia, przez papierowe ściany słychać hałas z sąsiednich pokoju i korytarza oraz z ruchliwej ulicy za oknem.
Śniadanie było rozczarowujące, 3 niezbyt apetycznie wyglądające dania na ciepło oraz kilka dodatków do kanapki. Podawane było w zatłoczonej, niewielkiej restauracji.

В целом - хорошо, мы снимали на сутки номер, выбором довольны.
Pros:

Удобное расположение, всего в 5 минутах от главной Рыночной площади.
Завтрак - шведская линия, очень хороший выбор и вкусно.
Большая, удобная кровать и подушки, есть утюг, фен и электрочайник (+набор чай/кофе).
Есть много мелочей по типу шапочка для душа, тряпочка для обуви, пакет для сувениров.
Доброжелательный персонал, быстро реагирует на просьбы.

Cons:

В номере везде ковры, не очень комфортно ходить без тапочек, их в отеле нету.
В номере есть электрочайник, набор кофе/чай, но нет даже ложек, приходилось спускаться чтобы взять в ресторане.
Ресторан до 17.00 не работает(
Номер маловат, нет холодильника, хотя бы мини бар для напитков был бы очень уместен.
Не очень удобно расположен телевизор он сбоку находится, но мы его не смотрели
