Parking
The bedroom corridor carpets are filthy. Generally unkempt. Very poor housekeeping under the surface. I doubt the floors had been hoovered in a week! Was very disappointed. Buss trip stop nightly during my stay and on undertook repairs directly outside the hotel reception banging wheels and revving
the bus engine repeatedly until I complained at 2.30 am! I took from this that The staff sadly don’t seem to represent a good experience for their customers. Ironically their room cards bear the logo “ sleep like a rock star”.
I wouldn’t recommend staying to anyone and I didn’t sample their food as if the state of the bedroom area carpets and rooms are anything to go by, hate to think what their kitchen is like. The concrete threshhold of the hotel gives you the clue.
Personally I will never stay there again!

Great location
Cars are always parked in the disabled bays with NO blue badge
on display making it difficult to park in an available large space.
There was blood present on the tiles by the towel rail in the bathroom. Toilet seat needs replacing
Thick dust on the TV unit and dressing table you could write your name in.
The location was fine and good breakfast.
Everything was okay except that the fan didn't work was annoying on such a hot evening/night. However, as we were so tired we failed to give the hotel a chance to put it right.
