Very welcoming in a ideal location for motorway
Reception staff were good and location and the seating area for breakfast was good
We were there fo 5 day no one clean the rooms at all we at to asked for towels toilet roll and coffee and milk . It was the only down side of the stay we will not return to this hotel again
Clean room and comfy bed, there were two extra pillows in the room and a fan. Very cheap considering the quality of the rooms and the location

No soap or shower gel despite stating was available, door in bathroom was splintered, had tell reception about light out in room over area where tea making, so was dark, potential H & S risk,
