The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. My heater wasn't working and the team done everything they could to get it sorted. There was a good atmosphere in the communal areas.
The food wasn't the best. My jacket potato was microwaved until it was solid, the next evening the chicken burger was also solid, but the chips were raw. I don't understand as it took 40 minutes before the food came out. The other 2 nights the food was ok though. Even though I didn't enjoy the food, I will definitely stay here again as the staff really are lovely and the room was comfortable.

The bin was full of rubbish, the surfaces had smears of goodness knows what all over them

I didn't like how quick the time went buy whilst staying at ramada
Room was ok,comfy bed
Bathroom could've done with a refresh,door needed some paint,couldn't adjust shower head.Breakfast was a disappointment,it was only warm and could hardly put a knife through the sausages.Should've opted for continental .
I couldn't fault anything about the. Room or the facilities available everything was superb it surpassed my expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even managed to find me a sewing kit when I had a button fall off my work attire, with ample free parking and close to the M1 literally within 5 minutes I was on the M1 a great location for me I was working in Wakefield Huddersfield and Sheffield I chose this hotel as I have stayed here before and it's location was perfect for me,
