The staff were very helpful and friendly
Room looked quite aged
Easy access from m1,room was spacious and clean, with good parking.
A good pub grub style menu and bar, food was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.
The wi fi would work on laptop but not on apple products.
The bathroom door on the inside was delaminated at the bottom quite noticeably, the bathroom was nice but this should be rectified.
Location great and hotel cozy
They made me pay twice and promised to pay back my money in 5days but they haven’t done and if you call they don’t pick up
Stayed here whilst working in the area, for around 4-5 weeks and found the room to be all I needed. Clean, warm and comfortable, great bathroom and shower. For the price paid I have no complaints at all. Ate in the bar area and the food was great too.

Tired and in desperate need of a refurb
The hotel overall was very good and was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and lounge area was comfortable although it could have done with more light.
The cooked buffet breakfast was reasonable but not particularly hot. Most items were lukewarm by the time we returned to our table. (We think that the heating trays might have been deliberately set at a lower temperature in order to stop food from drying out too quickly).

I was charged nearly as mus as per adult person.
There was dust in the rooms, I kept sneezing throughout the night.
