The location.
Service is poor. Extremely poor. Room service is the worst I’ve come across. I asked for food at 9:40pm after checking in at 9:20pm and all they said they had were chicken and ham sandwich. And when I asked for orange juice the waiter who eventually served it gave it to me at the door, while I had opened the door (and said “come in”) for her to come and place it on the table. I felt insulted. They do not even provide ironing services and guests have to iron their own clothes.
Great location and property but the room was unbearably hot. The hotel was unable to provide a fan upon request, which made the stay really uncomfortable.

For reduced mobilty guests none of the suites have walk in showers and toilets are extremely low with no grab rails.

It was a beautiful setting right on the golf course. Our suite was lovely. Would’ve been better with A/C & a bigger bed as advertised.
In an unusual heatwave, there was no a/c! The room was stifling hot 🥵 The hotel provided a fan but not enough to generate cool air.
In addition, the room was advertised to have a King size bed. We had a standard Queen. I specifically choose hotels for the large bed as my husband & I are tall people and seriously require the size of a larger bed. Booking needs to update this on the description.
The included breakfast was standard. As was the dinner in the cafe downstairs. Nothing to write home about. Good but could be better.
Beautiful patio to sit in the sun and have a drink and dinner.

It was nice hotel and very well trained and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. If the weather would be different, score would be much better.
There were two really bad things:
- no air conditioning in the room. After very hot day the room was so hot that I had to go under cold shower three times during night. We had nearly no sleeping.
- very old windows - the only window in the room could be opened only for about 20 cm and nearly no air could come to the room.
Staff were extremely nice and accommodating
