Spacious Room, but not muslim Friendly.

Spacious room and easy check-in.

Cons:

It is not Muslim-friendly. It is difficult to perform *wudu* (ablution) and cleanse oneself after using the toilet. The hotel staff were also inflexible regarding the *Dhuhr* prayer time, requiring check-out before *Dhuhr* arrived. Compared to the Loft Bangkok Hotel, this Ramada hotel falls short in terms of being Muslim-friendly. For Muslims, I would suggest the Loft Bangkok Hotel as a better choice; the two hotels are right next to each other.

Pros:

i have purchased 40,000 points from wyndham but when i tried to book this hotel i was offered only one option

room without window
room with no breakfast offer
room with no option to upgrade

even though other rooms were available if being booked without points

this is a big scam and no one is answering my emails or for my complaints

it means i will not be offered any room bookings of my choice with points

i strongly object this unethical practice and need guidance for refund

Not happy with the cleanliness of the Room.
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was ok Few staff were professional.

Cons:

The Room and bathroom was not clean found bed bugs and cockroachs in room and bathroom. Water was Smelling,
Staff from breakfast department was very rude,not ready to listen our concern, old staff were ok,but young staff were not good. No politeness.

Very bad pathetic
Pros:

I am a hotelier from India. Also as a common traveller any one can expect some basic amenities. I was shocked when I found these were not available at Ramada.
1. My daughter got hurt so we requested a pain relief spray which is basic to be kept at front office desk. They replied please by from outside as they don’t have
2. I asked for shaving kit. They send only raiser no shaving cream( never heard or seen this in my 20 yrs being in hotel industry.
3. Gym- pathetic
4. We were four people in room. They kept only 2 bottle in room. We adjusted. Second day I request for extra bottle. Front office replied that you have to pay20 batt for extra bottle. What kind of services it is.

Pros:

Very disappointing stay. I booked this property trusting the Ramada brand, but the hotel is not well maintained and does not feel like a branded property. The overall upkeep, facilities, and condition need major improvement. We found cockroaches and bed bugs in the room, which was completely unacceptable.

Even the breakfast arrangement was disappointing, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food kept side by side, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially for Indian vegetarian guests. Expected much better hygiene, management, and standards from a reputed brand like Ramada.
