Camera assegnata vecchia, non corrispondente alla prenotazione o alle foto sul sito web. Nessuna iniziativa da parte dello staff per sistemare il problema, mi è stato dato solo una finto, falso aiuto con ipotetica soluzione del tutto sproporzionata, al check out nessun aiuto per le valigie. (Per chiedere scusa erano stati promessi 2 drink analcolici in piscina, mai visti) ma nemmeno sollecitati , per così poco.

Estaba frente a la playa y el personal muy amable. Tiene estacionamiento ahí mismo para dejar el auto y nos dejaron dejar el auto durante todo el día
