My family took my dad on vacation for a reset from finding out he had stage 4 kidney cancer. I loved verything .The staff is amazing very friendly.the view of the beach was stunning
I asked to have towels replaced was told they would be up to give fresh towels but never got any.The hot tube wasn't working but it was still hot just no bubbles. They have a washer and dryer to use but no bill changer and the hotel is cashless.

the elevators kept breaking down and we was on the 7th floor. The hot tube didn't work.

Air Conditioner Was Broke, Shower Dirty Hair In The Shower, Floor Sooo Dirty, Elevators Was Broken Had To Take Stairs Majority Of Stay, Pool Was Very Blurry, Sheets Not Clean, Beds Lumpy And Broken Definitely Need new Mattresses My Whole Body Hurt Everyday I Was There From Lack Of Good Sleep, Front Desk Was Extremely Rude And Blonde Lady That Works Tiki Bar Very Rude $500 For 3 Nights And On Top Of That You Pay A Extra $114 Deposit You Get Back After 7 Days Why Are You Charging Ppl A Deposit If The Property Is Below Acceptable Standards

Access to the beach was great
There was food left in the fridge from previous guess. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room.
It was a really nice room, with a beautiful view.

The front desk ladies especially Karen was wonderful.
Security guard being rude to “asking” the kids to get out of pool at closing. Table in living room was a bar table and not usable for a small room. Door to bathroom didn’t close without major force and no lock. Sheets had stains. No linens for pull out bed without having to go to office and requesting. Elevators took forever for just a seven story building and one was out of service for a while. Pool closed at dusk which is early when sunsets were at 7:00 in March.
Location was great but room needed more cleaning. Pool was not heated as advertised. Asked for 1 hour later checkout and was told no. Had to park across the street. Disappointing for the price paid for one night.

The view was amazing
Staff was super understanding about our child having a stomach virus and providing the things we needed. We loved everything was a short walk away. We love the pool, and the beach access was great .
We had loud neighbors late at night they would walk/run past our room, screaming.
Our child had a stomach virus, so we were unable to enjoy everything to the fullest.
The wifi didn't reach our room , the tvs were not on the wifi so we couldn't use them.
The location was great!
They only gave us five towels, when I got ready to get more they made us take the old ones down stairs and exchange instead of bringing us some more. Bed mattress feel like you’re sleeping on springs, no breakfast at facility.
