Room was clean

Cons:

The area, no elevator and that was not told to me the hallways are hot no ac.. door is not locked to come into the building anyone can go into building the card key lock does not work unsafe.

Good for our purpose
Pros:

Location was good. Personnel was kind.

Breakfast had variety; I suggest to serve one day scramble eggs with pork sausage and the next day omelets with turkey sausage or ham and bacon to provide variety to families that stay more than one day.

Cons:

I expected a shower instead of a tub, at least tub must have handles.

Also to please include decaf coffee and creamer with NO sugar.

I’ll be back in three days and see if the next stay improves.
Pros:

Upon arrival, the facility appeared good. However, the room did not meet my expectations. The toilet backed up. The carpet was as dingy. I woke up with… I think with bug bits. No hot water. All this was brought up to Management. He apologized. Close the room for 10 days. He refund me my money. He said that room was for pet friendly family and gave a free night for next visit,
