I will stay there again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet . The bed and pillows very comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area. Breakfast was adequate. Would like to see them add some pastries to the menu. Easy acess and there is a Perkins restaurant right next door .

Cons:

The evening desk clerk was very gruff and not hospitable at all. The day desk clerk was too busy to even acknowledge my presence while I stood waiting . No smiles from any staff except the housekeepers. This was a huge disappointment to me because the previous owners and staff were VERY friendly and hospitable. I used to stay there a lot a few years back and my stay was always enjoyable.
Also be aware that you will be asked to secure a $100 damage deposit up front which will be refunded to you a day or two after you check out if there is no damage. I was not told any of this when making the reservation.

The staff was very accommodating. We would stay there again without hesitation.
Pros:

Quiet and located close to the attractions we wished to see.

Cons:

The first night the AC wasn’t working well, but we reported very early the next morning and by the time we returned from our tour they had replaced the unit with a new one. The second night was quite comfortable.

Les horaires de Check in / Check out permettent d’arriver tôt et de partir tard

Cons:

L’hôtel est vieux. Il y a une odeur de cigarette dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel, y compris les chambres.
La piscine est petite et juste à côté du parking.

Pros:

Man hat bekommen, was man bezahlt hat. Wir waren zwei Nächte, die sehr günstig waren.

Cons:

Der Wandföhn war kaputt und hat Funken gesprüht. Habe dann glücklicherweise einen neuen bekommen, hätte allerdings auch anders sein können, wenn keiner da gewesen wäre. Die Toilettenspülung war extrem laut. Das Klimagerät war auch extrem laut. Da hätte man auf keinen Fall schlafen können.

Der Preis war sehr günstig , allerdings war das Motel auch dementsprechend.

Cons:

Der Föhn war kaputt und hat Funken gesprüht. Toilettenspülung war sehr laut. Klimagerät war auch sehr laut, da hätte man auf gar keinen Fall daneben schlafen können. Bei Booking steht “außergewöhnliches Frühstück“. Außergewöhnlich ja, aber sehr negativ. Es hat verschiedene Müsli, Toast und Bagels, Peanutbutter und Marmelade, Frischkäse gegeben. Wenn man was deftiges wollte, hat man einen Mikrowellenburger erhalten. Kaffee war furchtbar.

Très mal reçu.
Personnes pas aimable du tout.

Le jeune homme à l'accueil n'y est pour rien c'est son supérieur. (Un vieux monsieur aigri.)

Nous sommes arrivé à 23h15, ils avaient annulé notre reservation sans raison et ont refusé de nous louer une chambre pour la nuit car apparemment après 23h ils ne louent plus de chambre.

( tant mieux car à l'hôtel juste en face ils sont très accueillant et en plus ils sont moins chers !)

Comfortable and great price
Pros:

Very comfortable and two out of three staff were great,

Cons:

One staff member in the morning claimed there were no jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches and they might be there soon. When the next staff member came on desk we asked if the sbreakfast sandwiches were there yet. She looked surprised and said they were in the freezer and she would get them.
