Pros:

The property is centrally located and so it has easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We have stayed here quite a few times before, and it has always been pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, with this particular stay at the property, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed upon check-in and not particularly friendly. When we got into our room and tried to shower that night and the next morning the water was barely lukewarm. I brought this to the attention of the person who checked us out, and they could have absolutely cared less. It’s really a shame because I like staying at this property, but this may very well deter me in the future.

Great!
Pros:

The hotel is great and very comfortable. Quiet too. It is comparable to higher end hotels with a more affordable price.

Cons:

The only thing I have to complain about is that I got free breakfast with my reservation and during the check in I was not told anything about it. They are supposed to give you coupons to get breakfast at the restaurant and I only found that out when I was about to order a paid breakfast the next day.

A basic room in a nice conference center type hotel
Pros:

The room itself was pretty nice. Good linens, good black-out curtains.

Cons:

I was quoted a free breakfast on Bookings.com and the front desk staff said that was no longer included, unless I had some special government rate. There is a McDonalds sharing the same parking lot, so I had breakfast there. The heating unit was noisy and the fan in the bathroom even noisier. The front desk told me that the best location in the hotel is the top floor, where it is quieter.

Great place to stay in Lewiston - family or solo
Pros:

The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom and other areas also looked very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable.

Great stay and clean!
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff. Our room was clean! We did not take advantage of the restaurants but did have a beer at the brewery (?) next door. Location is close to all the typical shopping stores and just about a 1 1/2 mile walk to downtown. Gotta get those steps in!

Was awful will never stay here again, which is sad because we used to love it there.
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times and have always loved it. This trip was very different, staff did not seem happy, not very friendly. In house restaurant menu was very small a d expensive, waitresses felt frustrated with all the changes.

Cons:

We always loved the breakfast buffet, hotel no longer offers breakfast unless you pay. Staff was very unfriendly and frustrated with the changes. Staff did not offer much help, we stayed for several nights and could not even get more regular coffee in our room, every morning we had to go all the way to the restaurant to get coffee and some mornings they were out. If you cant even provide coffee to your guests , that is veey sad.
