Simple, good value stay
Pros:

It is a simple hotel, good value for money at the time we booked. In the city, but not right on the main road, so a bit more quiet maybe at night. Clean and pool area were also pleasant, but nothing super special.

Cons:

The rooms could use a refreshing update and breakfast was very bad actually.

Heerlijk ruime kamer en schoon. En een verfrissend zwembad

Ontbijt was ok, maar wij kozen ervoor om bij eettentjes in de buurt te ontbijten. Die hadden namelijk o.a. heerlijke yoghurt bowls en toast met avocado en gepocheerd ei aan.

Disappointing
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

The biggest issue was the attitude of some of the staff, who were consistently rude and unwelcoming. On several occasions they were dismissive, even clicking their fingers at us, which we found disrespectful and unprofessional.

We also had problems with our final bill. We were charged for extra food and drinks that we never ordered and then had to dispute these charges. To make matters worse, we were also accused of taking a teaspoon from the room that was never there in the first place and were asked to pay for it. This left us feeling as though we were being unfairly treated.

The facilities were also disappointing. The swimming pool closed early every evening, and there was no food or drink service available after 7pm, which is very inconvenient for guests returning after a day out. The TV in the room did not work, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and often unusable, and during our stay there were three separate power cuts. The door alarm also kept going off for no apparent reason, making it difficult to relax.

On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to access local attractions.

Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by the poor customer service, billing issues, and lack of reliable facilities. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
