Algún empleado un poco desagradable y que la limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor. . deberían renovar un poco, ya que la ducha, estaba tan estropeada, que el agua te hacía daño por la presión tan grande y a veces salía demasiado caliente y otras veces fría

Pros:

There was plenty of choice for breakfast which was great. I have been to Krabi heritage before a long time ago 2003 or 2005 there abouts and I was pleased with the hotel and facilities then, hence my return back nearly 21 years later.

Cons:

I think Krabi heritage hotel have all things covered and sorted really. The only thing I would suggest which would generate more income for the business is to review pricing of the hotel bar.Due to lots of local hotel competitors and lots of bars and restaurants in ao nang close to krabi heritage hotel that sold cocktails and alcohol cheaper. We found our selves only purchasing alcohol from the Krabi heritage hotel once - as other places were cheaper. It’s just nice when your a parent to relax by the swimming pool - with a nice cocktail that’s all , without spending to much money when your on a family budget. Or if one of the parents doesn’t want to leave the hotel and doesn’t want to go to far can have an alcoholic beverage that’s reasonably priced before going to bed early, especially after dealing and entertaining your young children all day . I feel the hotel would greatly benefit from this whilst maintaining the very friendly and family vibe and respectable image they already have, without encouraging youths who just want to go clubbing.
