hotel neměl vlastní parkování a cena za parkování ve městě 200 zl na den.
Bardzo miły personel. Smaczne śniadania i jedzenie w restauracji. Podobał nam się wystrój pokoju.
Lekki hałas w pokoju od strony dworca kolejowego. Nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Śniadanie o.k., przydałby sie jakiś wybór zielonych sałatek, ale mogłem zamówić osobno więc o.k. słaby bufet deserowy i mało owoców i nie mogłem znaleźć napoju roślinnego zamiast mleka. Ułożenie bufetu mogłoby być bardziej logiczne

Jak na 5* hotel, uważam, że nie było zbyt dużej oferty - liczyłam na basen, siłownię. Sauna działał i była świetna.
Comfortable beds and great pillows. Very good breakfasts. Very friendly service in the restaurant.
Not all receptionists enjoy their jobs, which is unfortunate because they work in a beautiful place. The lady with the glasses is unsympathetic and aloof, unlike the male staff, who are always helpful and generally pleasant.
The lobby and entrance were aesthetically pleasing, the location was convenient, and the lady at check-in was polite and helpful.
The superior room we booked was unsafe and unusable (pillar and sloping ceiling made it impossible to access the bed),
We asked to be moved to another room and, as the hotel was full, were downgraded to a basic room. Unfortunately, this was also far from ideal, with an uncomfortable lumpy bed, a broken hairdryer, and a minibar that gave off heat rather than keeping items chilled.
Service in the restaurant and bar was equally disappointing, with tables left uncleared staff inattentive and unhelpful. This is not the standard one expects from a 5-star hotel — at the very least, compensation for the downgrade and an apology for the poor service should have been offered.
Furthermore- we have just seen the hotel response - and feel that we need to clarify that our card details were pre-authorised on check-in- but when we asked for our two drinks to be charged to our room, we were told that we could not do this, baffled we explained that the card details had been pre-authorised and please could they check with reception- this is when we were told rather rudely "do it yourself", I would have expected the bar staff to be more helpful to the customer, it is strange that they could not charge the drinks to our room because after we left we were notified that we had been charged 4zl for a bottle of orange juice out of the mini-bar this was deducted from our card no problem! Clearly there is something wrong with your processes, when a card pre-authorisation at reception does not filter through to the bar/ restaurant and as you say if our card was in fact not pre-authorised - therefore, why did you charge 4zl without our confirmation first- it does not make sense the pre-auth, only seems to work when it suits the hotel not the customer!

Śniadania bardzo bogate i obfite wyjątkowe
Już wielokrotnie odwiedzam ten hotel i na pewno będę wracać bo jest wyjątkowy. To świetne, zadbane i z tradycją miejsce tuż przy dworcu PKP więc jeśli podróżujesz pociągiem to świetny wybów. Polecam zamówić sobie śniadanie do pokoju i poczuć się totalnie VIP.
Zupełnie nie wiem do czego miałabym się przyczepić, po prostu hotel i obsługa są świetne i ciężko było znaleźć minusy pobytu.
Śniadania bardzo dobre.
