Pros:

W porządku hotel na jedną noc – sprawdzi się jako przystanek w podróży.
Ma wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Brak własnego parkingu.
W dzień naszego pobytu w hotelu się odbywała impreza, więc cale lobby było przesiąknięte dymem z papierosów, w windach śmierdziało papierosami, więc ogólne wrażenie jest słabe.
W pokoju było bardzo duszno, suche powietrze.

Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, wszędzie blisko. Kosmetyki, ręczniki oraz szlafrok zasługują na duży plus. Bardzo dobrej jakości. W hotelu czysto.

Cons:

Śniadania są dobre, jednak nie rozumiem aż tak dużego zachwytu. Wybór jest dość ograniczony, a ciepłe dania, takie jak kiełbaski i jajecznica, były jedynie letnie zamiast gorących.

Dużym minusem jest parking podziemny (100 zł za dobę). Przy wyjeździe płatność możliwa jest wyłącznie gotówką, i to w nominałach 20 zł. Niestety, ani w recepcji, ani w pobliskiej Żabce nie było możliwości rozmiany, co spowodowało spory problem.

Obsługa recepcji bardzo pomocna, udało się zamienić pokój przez szczekającego psa w pokoju obok

Cons:

Jako że to nie pierwsze doświadczenie w tym hotelu w mojej ocenie pani podająca posiłki w restauracji ma bardzo nieprzyjazny wyraz twarzy. Jest to tak samo reprezentatywna osoba jak pracownicy recepcji. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę i pięć gwiazdek klient nie powinien się czuć w restauracji jakby jego obecność zmuszała panią do pracy.

Rewelacyjny pobyt dla dziadków na początek wiosny

Obsługa w recepcji bardzo przyjazna i miła.

Cons:

Pierwszego dnia śniadanie było świeże i smaczne. Natomiast na drugi dzień wyglądało jak z poprzedniego dnia.Starsza pani niskiego wzrostu z obsługi plątała się między gośćmi jak osa. Twarz miała posępna jak by miała tą pracę za karę.Po zwróceniu uwagi że potrawy są z poprzedniego dnia zaczęła częściowo wymieniać je na świeże.
Następny nasz pobyt planujemy bez śniadania.
