Benessere. Relax. Soddisfazione.
Pros:

Struttura elegante. Posizione centrale. Vicinissima alla stazione e al prospetto principale della città, il "Monciak". Letti comodi. La prima colazione faraonica.

È veramente un bel posto per un soggiorno rilassante: niente da obiettare.

Disappointed, not a five star stay

Cons:

The staff at breakfast did neither greet us or help us unless we kept waiving them for a long time and had to follow them, even though the place was empty and we were the only guests. The breakfast buffet was also lacking, the trays were not filled and the options were low quality. The so called spa is only one sauna room. This is far away from the five star experience we paid for.
