Locația perfectă, în centrul orașului, ușor accesibile toate obiectivele. Vederea din camera fantastica

Cons:

Internet foarte greoi, de multe ori inaccesibil. Nivelul de înțelegere al personalului este redus. Recepția este la etajul 38, fiind necesar să fie schimbate 2 lifturi pentru a ajunge în cameră. Lifturile vin destul de greu, fiind accesibile și alte locații din parterul clădirii. Galagie de multe ori pe hol si in camere.

The executive lounge staff is just fantastic. It is a wonderful way to unwind after a stressful day. Bothe Yvette and Lariena are such wonderful people and truly care for the guests. Great way to end my day.

After a tiring day at work it feels nice to come back here for a homely comfortable experience
Pros:

Excellent service CV at the executive lounge evening cocktail and meals happy hour. The attention to detail by Yvette was very good. She also helped me plan my trip to Fudan University. Her manager Rachel and Avery were also very nice in prompt service.

La vue au 54ème étage est exceptionnelle ! Les chambres sont excellentes avec une literie haute qualité. La salle de sport est très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec une vue très agréable.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour trouver quelque chose, la piscine est un peu loin...

Excellent service and kind hospitality
Pros:

Angela at the executive lounge was very hospitable and her service was excellent. She even accepted my special request meal and asked the chef to prepare it for me as it was not available at the buffet, which is very rare in other 5 star hotels!
