Sfeervol en comfortabel hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Erg mooie aankleding van het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel,prima ontbijt. Goede ligging tav openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Er was geen brandtrap als vluchtroute bij brand. De centrale trap leek ons daartoe onvoldoende. De douchekop moest met de hand vastgehouden worden om te kunnen douchen.

Localização, pequeno almoço e funcionários muito simpáticos

Cons:

O único ponto negativo que posso apontar foi que Tivemos 5 dias e 4 noites e no 3 dia quando trocaram as toalhas de banho deixaram 1 apenas e éramos 2 pessoas.

Amazing for the train station!
Pros:

Stayed here with some friends and to visit Monaco. The location is absolutely brilliant for the train station access and for getting around parts of Nice. I liked how the rooms were individually decorated and were ll vibrant colours! Having a balcony to view the streets below was a nice addition too. In terms of breakfast, it was completely adequate with mainly continental offerings. Having all day access to the downstairs coffee machine was a great bonus also. Would absolutely stay again!

Cons:

Only a couple of small things. One of the keycards for the room endlessly would stop working even after going back to reception multiple times to have it fixed. I think I was slightly overcharged for the city tax (€36 for three people for three nights). The shower felt a little bit loose underfoot. Finally, the lift could really do with some maintenance to be a little smoother!
