Staff were incredible. Very welcoming & attentive especially as we had a youngster running around the place for 4 nights! We had a later flight & they were happy to help & accommodate us where required! Breakfast was lovely & quaint. 24 hour micro filtered water station & coffee station available which was just brilliant!
Hotel in its entirety is quite small, catering for 6 floors of people with a small eating area. Rooms are small especially if travelling with baby, we even chose one of the bigger rooms. Rooms could do with a spruce up, bed was fairly uncomfortable, few nicks in the wallpaper & a weird lip on the floor going from the bedroom to bathroom was a little trip hazard. *this is just me being a bit overly critical, the residence was superb*

The air conditioning in the bedroom didnt work so very uncomfortably hot. The bathroom had no space for my toiletries.
I only stayed for one night but I would be happy to come back. Lovey, comfortable place. Room was small but had all what was needed.

The property was clean and located just steps aways from the train.
Almost nothing, the location was good and staff were helpful but regardless this really failed to meet even our most humbling hotel experiences. Check in and check out was quick which was good and staff were friendly but nothing could make it up.
Firstly, when we got to our room there was a strong horrible smell from the drains. The room is absolutely tiny, we got a reduced rate on booking.com but tariff to book on the day is around 240€ ( I felt ripped off having paid less than half that). There was so much noise and banging through the day when we were trying to rest after travelling, sounds like decorating work going on from 8am forward.
When we tried to hang up our coats, wooden wall screwed peg fell out and hit me on the head and we also had a wooden frame fall down from above onto us on the bed which also wasn’t even just hung up but held to walk with sticky labels.
The hotel seems to have experienced the recent trend of ‘let’s paint everything bright and colourful instead of actually addressing anything that may need changed to improve us here’. Furniture extremely dated and also contrast with the few newer pieces and crowds the room up even more with the little space they have for you. Lights also not independent controlled, you either have no lights or 4 lights on, no in between.
I also developed a weird rash over my body as well as 3 insects bites along my back after staying here for one night. We didn’t stick around to find out if it was bedbugs or not as we left before even staying the second night.

One night I could hear guests in the adjacent room talking til late. The clothe hangers were set very high and I could not reach hem (I'm 150 cm tall...)
