I kinda expected a more professional and welcoming stay and slightly nicer since this place is so close to the naval bas

The location was good and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lobby didn’t have a restroom and there was two women checking me in and one was playing Uno on her phone the entire time asking me about two confirmations for the two rooms I bought all together and had 1 confirmation when she had my phone looking at the reservation it just rubbed me the wrong way it seemed like they overbooked but none the less I got both of my rooms. Both of the rooms were non smoking but one of the rooms someone definitely smoked in the room. Sent my husband to grab towels and he said they didn’t have any to give but I went to ask if we only got two towels for a 4 night stay and suddenly they had towels to give.. and at the same time someone was down there trying to check in and had to call the phone to get the woman to come to the desk.

The worst ever !

Smoke alarm went off all night . Went to the front desk and no one available to help me . I was up all night ! No sleep at all ! Wouldn’t reimburse me anything! I rented a room to sleep ! I got no sleep at all !!
