Pros:

It was next to a gas station

Cons:

It smelled 1st room leaking roof. Lied and said that they didn't have anymore until moved. Smell like drugs I. The hallway. Listing pic and room was totally different I left the 2nd night people arguing all night TV DIDNT WORK

the front desk dude was friendly to talk to. Microwave and refrigerator

Cons:

It took me an hour to check in due to technical difficulty. better book on their website for that reason. Towels are dirty. shattered window door and shady people around not so safe at night.

La peor experiencia que me ha ocurrido en un alojamiento
Pros:

No puedo decir que me haya gustado algo porque no me dejaron ocupar la habitacion.

Cons:

El trato de la persona que se encontraba en la recepcion del hotel fue terrible. Cuando realice la reserva a traves de Booking todo fue conforme, pague a traves de mi tarjeta de credito y recibi la confirmacion de Booking por correo. Todo parecia normal. El problema se presenta cuando llego al hotel y el recepcionista me dice que mi tarjeta esta declinada y que no reconocian el pago se habia realizado con mi tarjeta de credito. Lejos de darme una solucion al problema, lo que hizo fue decirme que solucionara el problema con Booking porque ellos no tenian nada que ver. Ante mi evidente molestia, el recpcionista opto por expulsarme del hotel de manera grosera, mal educada y con una prepotencia que no habia visto antes en la recepcion de un hotel, y al final lo que me dijo fue que aun asi solucionara el problema con Booking, el hotel ya no permitiria mi alojamiento. Todo esto ocurrio alrededor de las 23h00.
Tuve que hacer otra reserva en otro hotel y tomar un segundo taxi (Uber) para poder alojarme. Al final llegue al segundo hotel y pude alojarme. Finalmente logre descansar alrededor de las 00h30 am.
Realice el reclamo a Booking y ellos me reembolsaron el valor que habia pagado. La respuesta de Booking fue impecable en ese aspecto. Nunca antes me habia pasado una situacion como esta en un hotel, llevo años usando Booking y jamas habia tenido una experiencia asi.
No recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancias alojarse en este hotel, basicamente porque el trato que tiene su personal es inaceptable. No tienen ningun concepto de lo que es atencion al cliente, ni tampoco comprenden lo que signfica brindar un servicio amable y educado al huesped.
No se alojen en este lugar, para que no pasen por lo que yo tuve que pasar.
