Kindness goes along way!
Pros:

I just want to acknowledge the staff at the 1600 Bar and Grille. On a Sunday morning before the bar even opened the staff was able to accommodate us for team mom mimosas! We appreciate their kindness and ability to be able to accommodate. Their flexibility and kindness does not go unnoticed. Justine, Kristine, Terrence, Filjberto and Paolina were outstanding and very much appreciated their hospitality.

Delightfully pleased
Pros:

I was helped out and catered to by Kristine from Bar & Grille. Aside for her breathtaking cuteness, she was a delight. Her personality and her ability to make someone feel welcomed is something truly something to be praised for.

Valet was amazing
Pros:

What initially started out as a small problem with the valet end up being one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I really appreciate the sense of urgency multiple staff members showed towards my issue which led to a quick solution. I highly recommend the valet parking at Hilton Americas.

Must stay for conventions
Pros:

Great location to be able to walk to the convention. The rooms were great. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Jasmine was so great and gave an amazing service. She was very attentive and she smiled the whole time. My very first time in Houston and I’ll never forgot this experience! :)

Consistent, comfortable, and kind
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times for work and love the proximity to the airport and walkable amenities. The staff have always been kind, from valet greeting me at the Uber to the front desk; however, this trip was a bit extra in the best way possible. Loved the folded robe and the goodies waiting for me in my room. I’m not a platinum elite member but travel a lot for work and consistently choose Hilton when I can. It’s nice to have a hotel like this that feels like home away from home - safe, clean, walkable restaurants. I’m certain I’ll be back. Also, I don’t know what scent is in the lobby but I love it!

Outstanding Experience at an Outstanding Property
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience. The team was outstanding and welcoming from start to departure. The experience from the lobby to the room was great and really made us feel comfortable in a vibrant environment. I would absolutely recommend this for a downtown stay where you can unwind, engage in the food and drink the hotel provides in an unbelievably convenient location downtown.
