Excellent service at a beautiful facility.
Pros:

The staff was uniformly warm, welcoming and highly professional. The spa was terrific, and we had excellent massages. The fitness center was quite good. I look forward to returning.

Cons:

The breakfast was good overall — lots of variety. However, the scrambled eggs were not well cooked.

Kindness goes along way!
Pros:

I just want to acknowledge the staff at the 1600 Bar and Grille. On a Sunday morning before the bar even opened the staff was able to accommodate us for team mom mimosas! We appreciate their kindness and ability to be able to accommodate. Their flexibility and kindness does not go unnoticed. Justine, Kristine, Terrence, Filjberto and Paolina were outstanding and very much appreciated their hospitality.

Delightfully pleased
Pros:

I was helped out and catered to by Kristine from Bar & Grille. Aside for her breathtaking cuteness, she was a delight. Her personality and her ability to make someone feel welcomed is something truly something to be praised for.
