Outstanding Experience at an Outstanding Property
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience. The team was outstanding and welcoming from start to departure. The experience from the lobby to the room was great and really made us feel comfortable in a vibrant environment. I would absolutely recommend this for a downtown stay where you can unwind, engage in the food and drink the hotel provides in an unbelievably convenient location downtown.

Nice hotel that has forgotten it sells sleep!
Pros:

Constant issue with the lifts which resulted in maintenance work in the lift shafts during the night.. 2 nights getting woken by drilling and clunking due to maintenance does not do wonders for jet lag..
Breakfast is nice - however ordering from the menu rather than buffet is a varied experience in terms of portion size..
Bar has an awesome adult ambiance

Absoltey Great Experience
Pros:

From the time we arrived until we checked out we enjoyed every minute. The facilities are very luxurious. The staff is attentive and makes you feel like the hotel is your home. Brenda, the executive concierge, is especially wonderful. We looked forward to seeing her smiling face every morning starting our day. She took care of every request we made. The manager sets a great tone for the hotel.

The convience to the rockets arena and the area was lovely the foyer is incredible

Cons:

The carpet it threw me off it made me feel like the place was dirty if they change the carpet I think they have a winner

Pros:

It was next door to Toyota center and offered several restaurant options as well without having to travel!

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but to be expected. We had to pay $70 for valet over night and $70 for a buffet breakfast for 2 adults

Nice hotel, but be careful about invoice if you need one
Pros:

the hotel is so nice

Cons:

if you book via booking, you won't get an invoice. Hotel says you need to contact booking, while booking says you need to contact the hotel. Holyshit!

Localização excelente, hotel muito bonito e bem equipado, atendimento eficiente. O hotel recebeu um grupo enorme por conta de uma convenção, porém não afetou em nada nossa estadia.

Cons:

Só um ponto negativo, ficamos próximo aos elevadores e o barulho de funcionamento deles é absurdo, atrapalhando o sono.

Worth it!
Pros:

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The lobby, the staff, elevators and the rooms are immaculate. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much. I can’t wait to be back with the hubby.

Pros:

الموقع لان عند قاعة المؤتمرات. والفاليه اغلبهم ناس نفسها حلوه. المطعم المكسيكي تحت قوي.

Cons:

ممكن المنطقه الي تحت الفندق يكون فيها ازدحام وإزعاج. الغرف قديمه جداً، يحتاج إلى التطوير. كان غالي جداً جداً بسبب المؤتمر
