Beautiful hotel next to the Toyota Center. Great restaurants in and next to the hotel like Pappadeaux and Pappasitos.
The hotel manager made me pay an extra $249 for a room we accidentally booked and told her so. He accidentally booked 2 rooms. She claims we were refunded but it has never happened. The manager at the Hilton Americas is extremely rude and lacks compassion. I hope this review is read as I would like my money back that was promised to be refunded to my credit card.

Every opportunity to stay at a Hilton hotel has been an amazing decision. This past week has been amazing in Houston as I stayed at the Hilton of America’s in Houston to watch the Sweet 16 NCAA March madness. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the service has been nothing but exceptional. I really enjoyed my time and I hope that the next time in Houston or if you’re just in Houston and need a staycation that you consider this hotel thank you Hilton for another amazing stay.
