Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Schöneberg.

Cons:

Schlechtes Frühstück mit Eiern, die nichtehe in Ordnung waren. Es gibt kein Duschgel in den Zimmern, nur eine Probeflasche.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zur U2 (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zum Olympiastadion) und zum Kurfürstendamm.

would definitely book again because of the location and the value for money
Pros:

comfortable bed, clean, pretty good breakfast and the location is great - no noise from outside at night

Cons:

since there was no real AC, only a standing fan, we had to open the window at night (which is fine) - but i really would have liked to have a mosquito net for that.

Pros:

Lokalita - skvělá dostupnost k městským linkám a obchodům, klid. Milý a ochotný personál. Každodenní přítomnost paní uklízečky.

Cons:

Moc měkké postele, každý den jsem se probouzel s bolestmi zad. Pomalý výtah, raději po schodech. Když už se rozhodnete pro schodiště, dejte si pozor, ať nevlezete na venkovní kovové schodiště. Ven se dostanete, zpět už ne a musíte projít přes kuchyň. Pak jen taková drobnost, ale štvala - na snídaních jsou džusy a voda v konvicích a musíte si to nalévat. Lepší by byly nádoby s kohoutkem. A jen 1dl sklenice, takže když se chcete napít, musíte si to nalít na 3x.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten war nicht mehr vorhanden bzw. ausgelastet am Hotel. In der Anzeige anders beschrieben. Anreise mit Fahrrädern, suche nach einem Parkhaus in der Nähe, umständlich. Tee oder Kaffee im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, wäre wünschenswert, da in anderen Unterkünften Standard. 1 Getränk im Zimmer, kleine Wasserflasche für 3 Personen, kostenpflichtig.

Super für einen City-Trip
Pros:

Super Lage, von dort aus kann man zu Fuß alle zentral gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten inkl. Regierungsviertel erreichen. Schöne große Zimmer, alles sehr ordentlich.

Cons:

Zum Hinterhof gelegene Zimmer etwas laut, bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man morgens den Berufsverkehr rauschen.

Friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Good hotel with a very convenient location. Since we came for a concert, we were looking for a hotel close to the concert hall, and this one was a perfect choice.

The hotel has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and most importantly, we would like to mention the very polite and friendly staff.

Great stay
Pros:

Great stay. Room was clean and big enough (Juniour suite). Staff was very friendly. Great location close to the zoo, U-bahn and city center. Breakfast was nothing special but good with enough selection. Parking possible on the street or at the private parking (price wise more or less the same). Many restaurants in surrouding, Sri Lanka's restaurant. right at the lobby.

Cons:

Only during rush hour at the breakfast it seems it was understaffed. But otherwise nothing negative
