Elevators take more than 10mins
Pros:

Nice hotel but these elevators take between 7-15mins to arrive. Completely unacceptable.

Great service
Pros:

I had a great experience both at the front desk check in as I was able to get into my room early with an upgrade too!

Also I wanted to give Junior at the Hilton Honors desk 5 stars for helping me with a Hilton Honors issue I was having trouble resolving over the phone. Thank you Junior!

Miserable 3 days
Pros:

Miserable Hotel had only 2 of the 6 elevators working for days despite 2 large groups staying at the hotel. Long waits, jam packed elevators stopping at every floor Hotel was unable to heat conference rooms or lobby as well during cold spell in Austin I’ll never stay there again

We had a great relaxing stay in our room overlooking the city.
Pros:

The room was great...

Cons:

limited places to eat and drink during our stay.

PLUS....you had to pay every time you left the parking garage AND you really couldn't walk because of the Homeless Alley near by.

it was good.
Pros:

the cleaning ladies were very friendly ! told us good morning every time we would see them. The view to the city was spectacular !

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were not that friendly. Sometimes we would pass right by them without a hello.
The prices for the parking and especially the breakfast was unreasonably high !

Pros:

good location for attending ACL festival. good access to 6th street entertainment district. The pool / bar area was very nice and if i return I'll spend more time there.

Cons:

a breakfast buffet would have been nice.
