Cons:

Não tem café da manhã, o local que oferecem como opção para café não é compatível com o nível do restante do hotel.
O atendentes apesar de educados são muito tapados… tem dificuldade de resolver problemas simples.
E por fim, meus lençóis estavam sujos na noite em que cheguei.

The elevators and long waits were terrible. We had to use the stairs and we were on the 13th floor, We were so sore coming home from our trip. Parking is Extra $50

Hope the elevators work!
Pros:

They have 26 floors with god knows how many total rooms, and they have 6 elevators and when I started my stay only 2 of them were working (and apparently only 2 have been working for several days / over a week now) causing massive delays getting to / from your room. Now on the last night of my stay, there’s only 1 elevator working and nobody at the hotel can tell us when they will be fixed. Unacceptable for a company and brand like Hilton to not have a severe customer impacting issue like this not resolved immediately.
