I liked the pool

Cons:

I was told I would have $15 a day for breakfast and then after I spent the money was told I was not eligible because I didn't book through Hilton. Then they wouldn't do anything to make it right.

Valet Parking was full AGAIN (3 stays in a row) , Hotel was very crowded due to Fraternity formals going on. Elevator line to get up and down was anywhere from 45 min - 1 hr wait. THREE of the 6 elevators were not working the entire stay.

Love my Hilton hotels and this one did not disappoint .
Pros:

I was in town to meet with some attorneys. It was a good place to hold the meetings. Not only did they provide a great room they provided an office to hold our meetings. The meeting was a success and the results will help the party in their person injury case.

Good stay. Helpful staff. However as mentioned a month ago still only maximum of 4 elevators working out of 6. It took 15 min to get an elevator friday morning. We often get packages shipped to hotel in advance of our stay as we are from canada. However this hotel chooses to impart a $5 per parcel fee as they have a UPS store in the lobby. I was not informed of that fee when I called I to confirm delivery. We were told it was listed on the website but I didn't see it and have not seen that before in other hotels. We also didn't get housekeeping 2 of our 5 days. All was rectified by the front desk which was appreciated. Pool area was nice and clean. Visited the restaurant twice and recommend the buffalo chicken dip and BBQ chicken flatbread
