The Executive Lounge at Hilton Austin has permanently closed and will no longer be available to hotel guests as a service offering.

Couples weekend stay in June
Pros:

Weekend away with the wife couldn’t have been better! From the absolute moment we stepped through the doors, the front desk staff treated us like royalty with their remarkable and welcoming hospitality. Later on, we noticed the toilet was running, but the incredible engineering team took care of it seamlessly while we were out enjoying a romantic dinner. It was a flawless stay!

Pros:

It was a perfect location.It was updated and clean.The staff was very helpful.It even had a text where you didn't even have to call the front desk and talk to anybody.You could just text and it would respond and answer.It had an amazing rooftop pool and hot tub.It had great options for in room dining or even going 2 one of their restaurants in the hotels.It's in a great place downtown if you want to go anywhere in the city.Honestly, this is probably the number one hotel in austin that I have stayed in, and i've stayed in a lot.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the cost of parking.I paid for parking at the front desk and she said to use the room key to get out.But there was nowhere to use.The room key.So I ended up paying another parking fee on top of the parking fee.I already paid, but it could just be human error.

Great location easy to get around

Cons:

If not using valet parking service we were forced to unload our own luggage from the car park which was very hot and quite a way from the lifts to access our room. One lift from car park to lobby then push trolley with luggage through lobby to lifts to room
