We usually stay here when we visit Jacksonville, typically it’s clean and pleasant.

Cons:

This time, there were dirty socks in the couch and a bloody tissue inside the ice bucket. Staff were annoyed that we told them about it? It was odd.

The staff was phenomenal and very helpful.

Cons:

We found a “palmetto bug” running across the carpet within 30 seconds of entering the room. The AC unit was held up by wooden blocks. The shower spigot was very temperamental - but once the desk attendant explained it, it wasn’t an issue.
