Obiekt leży tuż nad zatoką. W okolicy jest możliwość uprawiania wielu sportów - można skorzystać z zewnętrznych siłowni. Znajduje się na uboczu, ale nadal blisko centrum, więc jest spokojnie, ale jednocześnie wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Mały parking, trzeba było skorzystać z parkingu miejskiego - na całe szczęście cena nie jest wysoka.
