Séjour au Prime Plaza : une expérience globalement assez positive 👍
L’hôtel est très moderne, avec de belles prestations : accès à la salle de fitness, immense piscine, serviettes fournies… le service est au rendez-vous et tout est bien organisé.
C’est un bel établissement, même si on est davantage sur un style contemporain que traditionnel balinais.
Grand bémol concernant la chambre triple : assez petite, sans fenêtre et sans vue sur la piscine dans notre cas. Nous avons également été dérangés par une odeur de fumée la nuit, probablement liée à la proximité du parking.
Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, avec quelques points à améliorer côté confort des chambres. Un peu déçue tout de même

Taxi pick up from airport - Dewa Gede Laba was our preferred driver for the remainder of our stay.
Proximity to ferry -easy walk with light packs, having arrived on a late night the previous evening.
Would suggest turn left for the best local warung food, otherwise there's loads of restaurants if you turn right.
The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We did the cooking class which was great fun, the chefs were very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. The gym was next level..as much equipment as any gym in Australia! They even had a protein shake bar! We didn’t play but we watched paddle ball and pickle ball on the top floor. Great venue!
Unfortunately we were placed on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. We were woken every morning by banging and clattering starting around 5am. My suggestion would be to request a room away from the restaurant.

Wir waren zum 2. mal dort da wir sehr zufrieden waren und wegen der Dubai Krise gestrandet sind. Wir durften flexibel buchen und auch das personal an der Rezeption hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war immer hilfsbereit. Personal im gesamten Haus ist immer freundlich, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Umgebung einfach super
Kwaliteit van eten is prima.
Afstand van de receptie naar de kamer is echt ver.
De deur van kamer naar de zwembad is een beetje raar, je kunt het alleen open doen van binnen, als de deur per ongeluk dicht gaat dan werdt je dus buiten gesloten en moet je dus aan de zwembad medewerkers vragen om het open te doen, anders dan moet je helemaal omlopen naar de voordeur. Dat vinden we een beetje rare systeem.
The pool was fantastic, rooms were great with comfortable beds and very quiet. The food was good and the location was just perfect! We will definitely stay there again.
The only thing I didn't like was we didn't have a balcony to hang our wet stuff.
