Beds were very comfortable. Location great, pool was great, staff was lovely and accommodating.
The elevators weren't working hard with baby.
Rooms were too far from each other when it asked to be close together. Buffet breakfast was average, drinks were too strong that you couldn't drink, aircon in room wasn't great.
The hotel is huge but facilities are old and need renovation. Location is fine, walking distance to the beach. But I’ve realised I could get a better option money wise. I liked sauna and gym area more less but also all machines in the gym are super old.
Windows couldn’t be opened, smelly dirty ambiance in the rooms. Hotel is like that family all in resort with lots of smokers in the lobby. Wasn’t my vibe at all.
Prime Plaza was an incredible hotel to stay in for our stay this week. The cleanliness was extraordinary! The staff was very kind throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel as it is easy walk to beach for food and entertainment. The conference room space was super for our needs.
L’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour le prix, seulement 5min à pied jusqu’à la mer. Le personnel est très serviable. Le petit déjeuné est très fourni et vraiment bon. L’hôtel est propre.
L’hôtel était en travaux lors de mon séjour ce qui engendrait quelques nuisances sonores.
Food was fabulous. Breakfast huge and varied. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights in the evening and the quality of the chef and the service staff was excellent.

Very clean, very close to the Harbour and in walking distance to the beach. Has everything you need inside of the hotel. Swimming pool, bar restaurant.
We couldn't change the Air-conditioning temperature. And some elevators didn't worked.
