Pros:

We really enjoyed the vast variety of food on offer at the breakfast buffet each morning. The poolside restaurant had quite a large selection of meals available including vegetarian and vegan selections however it would be nice to have some really simple snack options available as you don't always want a full meal. The pool area was lovely, and the hotel gardens were really pretty. Staff were incredibly friendly and service was always with a smile. Loved the paintings hanging on the walls that were for sale.
Our Courtyard Pool Access Room was a good size, the bed was pretty comfy, there were tea/coffee facilities, free bottled water, and a small fridge unfortunately there were also issues.

Cons:

We booked a Courtyard Pool Access Room which looks lovely, but it was very damp. We had trouble with our belongings such as a passport/book covers curling from the dampness and I had medication that became damp/mushy and had to be thrown away even though we had the air-conditioning on cool and blowing at the highest fan speed in hopes of drying it out a bit. The chair and the bed in the room felt damp to touch. The courtyard looked nice in the photos but in reality, it looked as though it had been pretty neglected with quite a number of weeds taking over and wasn't really an appealing space.

Wonderful hotel, well kept and great staff!
Pros:

Lagoon pool was lovely BUT getting in and out of the pool for the older person very difficult as there were only pool ladders. Suggest a graduated access of steps with hand rail as soon as possible.

Pros:

Las zonas comunes (piscina, hall, etc) estaban bien y correspondían a un 4 estrellas.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no eran en absoluto de 4 estrellas. Necesitan una renovación.
Nuestra habitación estaba justo encima del restaurante, donde todas las tardes había música en directo. Como la ventana estaba en mal estado, como no llegaba a cerrar del todo y se oía la música como si estuvieras en el restaurante. El resto de la habitación no correspondía a un hotel de 4 estrellas.
