Beautiful facility & room & it was near where I needed to be during the day.

Cons:

Low toilet seat by a wall with no grab bar to my left was a half wall that helped me land on the seat somewhat gently & pull up. If it was more than one night I would have requested a change. I also thought the waste basket should have a liner.

Pros:

The young chef/cook made a dynamite omelet with carmelized onions. And a young woman was arranging flowers for a co-worker. They were so amiable and made us feel welcomed. Very nice.

Bed was rock hard, bathroom heater didnt work, door key didnt work and we were nit offered a new one just couldn't leave the room unless we had staff let us back in.

Nice staff and average hotel
Pros:

First off the people working at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I greatly appreciate that. The room was fine and close to what I was expecting however there where stains on the ceiling. I was not expecting a drunk man to be hanging around the lobby though. Also I would avoid staying near the elevator because I stayed a few rooms over from it and it woke me up multiple times during the night.

In 8 days never change the bedding fresh towels only once and on day had a bug on the floor.
