Cons:

Bed was rock hard, bathroom heater didnt work, door key didnt work and we were nit offered a new one just couldn't leave the room unless we had staff let us back in.

Nice staff and average hotel
Pros:

First off the people working at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I greatly appreciate that. The room was fine and close to what I was expecting however there where stains on the ceiling. I was not expecting a drunk man to be hanging around the lobby though. Also I would avoid staying near the elevator because I stayed a few rooms over from it and it woke me up multiple times during the night.

Pros:

Cons:

In 8 days never change the bedding fresh towels only once and on day had a bug on the floor.

Beautiful place but some terrible guest
Pros:

10/30 The Hotel is very nice but unfortunately a guest ruined our stay with being noisy and yelling all through the night , room 209 he also seemed to have drug activity

Decent for a quick stay
Pros:

We booked a last-minute room solely based on using point and the reviews of other hotels in the area. Texarkana hotels are mainly on a long stretch of interstate highway and are well-worn. This one is no different, but in a decent area and seemed safe. No issues parking and check-in was simple via the app.

We arrived 2am and went right to the room. It was clean-ish. Beds were standard.

Important note: there is not a free breakfast at this hotel. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance and Starbucks within a few minutes’ drive.

I would stay again if needed for a quick overnight stay. However, my wife would not. So, take that for what it’s worth.

Pros:

Nice staff and clean facility. Easy to find and centrally located.

Cons:

I had some plumbing issues which were fixed. However the toilet was not cleaned after repairing.
