Loved it!
Pros:

Very clean. It was close to the bowling alley for the National Championship.
I would like to make a shout out to Melissa who was working at the front desk during our stay. She was friendly, professional, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

It was definitely a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff did a fantastic job of keeping the facilities, nice and clean.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice if the hot tub jets had been operational. The chafing dishes that they used for breakfast, need to be replaced. The mechanism that holds them open no longer works, with the chafing dish itself being quite hot in order to maintain proper food temperature you could burn yourself.

The room was ready.

Cons:

The pool was dirty the whirlpool didnt work that water was super dirty. Didn't look like theres any type of cleaning for the pool or whirlpool. The room was half clean we did the rest.

Pros:

Woukd be nice if when the hotel is mostly empty they dont put their guests next to each other. Would have been much quieter for guests to not hear kids screaming especially when so many rooms were empty. Other then that it is very nice and comfortable

Pick a Different Hotel
Pros:

This hotel underwent a renovation somewhat recently so I thought it might be ok, I was wrong. A thunderstorm started and the roof leak in my room opened up…when I looked at the ceiling it was obvious this isn’t a new leak so why would they put a customer in this room? I also squashed 3 bugs in my first 15 min in the room. The workout room is a glorified closet that has 3 machines & it’s 80 degrees in there. There are plenty of Marriott properties in this area- don’t come to this one!

Will stay someplace else next time.
Pros:

I liked teh layout of the room and the large desk was very useful. Room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool and spa were out of order. Breakfast was sufficient, but very few choices. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

I would stay in this hotel again and would refer others.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and was in a safe area.

Good value
Pros:

The pictures in the site are right on! The reception, lobby and dining area were welcome, spacious, and clean. There was one elevator serving three floors.

The breakfast area was nice, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast selection was good, and the attendant was friendly and attentive.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The only complaint we had was the bathroom fan and heater/furnace ran loudly. The room was a bit chilly, but I like it cool rather than hot. We were in room 216.
