Breakfast is very good.
The Staff at Check inn is very cooperative but must needs to understand English.
Needs to take care of Halal food. This must not be close to Pork or any other meat.
The Items for Egg Omelette are closely kept with Pork and having high chance that people mix them or use The spoon present in pork. I would like to Request to separate the Frying pan.
The Staff preparing the Eggs does not take care and does not understand English. Shows attitude once you tell that how you want the eggs to be prepared.

Mr Sameer , manager at the restaurant is a real asset to the hotel. he attends to each person individually. i ahve been traveling for last 40 years. he stood out for me.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shanghai. We stayed in room 1419, and overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was available. The bed was comfortable, which was especially important after long days of exploring Shanghai. The bathroom was also clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was good.
We would also like to mention the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist when we had questions.
The location of the hotel was another advantage. It was convenient for getting around Shanghai and visiting different attractions. After a busy day in the city, it was nice to return to a comfortable and quiet room.
Overall, we had a great experience and were happy with our stay in room 1419. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Shanghai and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
