Pros:

The staff member at the lobby, Mr. Sameer Khan, was extremely kind and professional. He treated us with great respect and friendliness. As we are Muslims, he went out of his way to help us identify halal food options and guided us accordingly, which made our stay much more comfortable. He was very well-mannered and truly deserves appreciation for his excellent service.
