Location was convenient to highways and local attractions
The food selection was expensive. A bagel w/ cream cheese for $7 is insane. They should offer complimentary coffee and continental breakfast to all. Hot tub was not hot.
Stayed here for a night so we could catch a concert at the Casino and for that reason, the hotel seems to work out very nicely. Super close to the casino. Easy access to the highway, you have food options nearby. Overall, for the one night stay for a concert or casino night you would be fine staying here. The rooms seem decently updated. No free breakfast which is always a bit of a disappointment, but you could buy food on site if you wished. The hotel was pretty quiet and clean, and seemed pretty family friendly. The gym and pool were also both in good conditions. Overall, a quick night stay you'll be good.
Overall great!
My ONLY complaint was that the chemicals (chlorine) in the spa were so strong it made our eyes water immediately and we couldn't stay in and enjoy the hot tub.
Clean, updated. The front desk was excellent! Information was abundant of the area and great restaurant suggestions.
No breakfast and the on premise dinning was expensive for what it was.
The staff was absolutely excellent. The manager tried to accommodate and assist us with every need we had. Honestly this was the highlight, how helped we were. The were great, clean, spacious, and well kept.
Everything was excellent. Enjoyed our stay
always good to stay here great beds very clean nice staff
coffee not available until after 7 am
The lobby, restaurant in the lobby ,my room ect. Everything was amazing
No complaints here
Cleanliness
Too loud many screaming kids from early in the morning till after 10 pm at night.
There are supposedly over 1300 Marriott Courtyards.. Having stayed at over 4 dozen of them, I realize they aren't all exactly the same. But generally speaking, you can count on a friendly staff, genuinely high cleaning standards, comfortable, if generic rooms with well lit bathrooms and a safe and secure environment. Reading some of the reviews in the rear view mirror, car and tire theft is absolutely unacceptable and I hope the hotel has upped its security to where it should be.
We were in the area for 1 night, and were puzzled and upset that we had to pay two and a half times a regular rate, five months in advance, to secure a room in a three star motel. The laws of supply and demand, and the World Cup had something to do with that. Also, some chutzpah.
When we arrived, the lobby also looked like an unruly playground, with plenty of hyperactive kids and a few parents. OF course, every law abiding person is entitled to stay at a hotel, but so much for ambiance.
The "bistro" a laughable name for what looks like a fast food counter. It had two pleasant and overworked young ladies at breakfast. Juice from the fridge, Starbucks coffee from their machine, and some french toast from the hidden kitchen were fine, but a far cry from a real restaurant.
So, would we stay here again? Probably not. Certainly not at a 5 star price
