Our stay was great, and the room was very clean, and comfortable!
Pros:

Our door to our room was faulty and was unable to be closed. The woman at the front desk took care of it immediately and was able to place us in another room very quickly!

Friendly staff and helpful

Cons:

The elevator was not wiped . But for the 2 nights and 3 days that we stayed . The room was never cleaned . The towels weren’t picked up from the floor. The trash were never taken out. It’s disgusting .

I enjoyed the facility but I do think it is over priced.
Pros:

Staff, especially Regina, were great. We stayed here after my daughter's wedding and booked the conference room. Everyone had a great time.

Cons:

The billing was al little confusing at first. Wrong credit cards getting charged for wrong services. It all worked out in the end.

We would definitely return!
Pros:

Really well positioned near the shopping area. Excellent rooms recently refurbished I think. Pretty good food both evening and morning. Staff at reception could not have been more amenable. Lovely outdoor seating area.

Cons:

I hesitate to say because the receptionist was super helpful but a language barrier between them and the housekeeper ended in me unblocking my own toilet. When the system backed up I was given a plunger followed by being given a mop! I was not the culprit but I did fix it! Maybe I could get a job? 😂
