Terrible all around
Pros:

It looked good and it was close to our venue

Cons:

When we got there, we couldn’t pay because the credit card machine was down. Then we went to our venue came back. My wife got in the bed and instantly had rashes all over her had to take a shower then we left in the middle of the night to drive back home because it was not OK. Her body was full of rashes and bumps. Not sure really what it was from other than whatever was in the bed. I never even got in the bed.

Pros:

was trapped in the middle of a blizzard and the kitchen is denying us food. they refuse to make any orders stating they are backed up. as someone who’s worked in food service i completely understand being overwhelmed with orders but as a business, to deny customers a right to eat when they have nothing else but what’s available here due to a travel ban is just wrong and absurd. this morning at breakfast the same chef was slamming orders and utensils on the table because she had to work within her scheduled hours.

Our stay was great, and the room was very clean, and comfortable!
Pros:

Our door to our room was faulty and was unable to be closed. The woman at the front desk took care of it immediately and was able to place us in another room very quickly!

The elevator was not wiped . But for the 2 nights and 3 days that we stayed . The room was never cleaned . The towels weren’t picked up from the floor. The trash were never taken out. It’s disgusting .

It was very Clean and staff were so polite. Food was great. I appreciated the spacious room.
