Pros:

The location was convenient. Love the design. The food at the restaurant was very nice. Room has enough space for the free bassinet.

Cons:

No aircon in the room so it was VERY hot. The phone didn't work either.

City stay for work

I have stayed before and it was beautiful, this time not so much, the foyer had a power cut but that went on for days, so it was dark, cords everywhere, the room was hot with no air conditioning, a ceiling fan that was noisy so kept me awake.
It did not feel like it did the first time, staff weren’t friendly or welcoming like the previous stay.
Lollies on the counter but no offer of them. Just didn’t feel as luxurious. So I felt value for money was poor.

If it looks too good to be true it probably isn’t true.
Pros:

Location & the colourful palette

Cons:

The big disappointment for us was the lack of parking & I think the problem may be with booking.com which says “parking available”. We arrived with bikes on the back of our car to find there was NO parking available, it’s extremely limited, first come first served & $35. We had to pay for Wilson’s parking in the street & were anxious about the bikes.

Good location but beds too short
Pros:

Location very nice, breakfast really good and lots of variety. Friendly staff-esp breakfast staff.

Cons:

The beds were too short. I am 188cm/ 6ft3 so not extremely tall but my feet got over the edge when I stretched my legs. No other room with bigger bed was available - I think due to the power outage that was going on for all three days we could not be moved to another room with a bigger bed. WiFi got back after one day

Cons:

Our room was on the second floor which seemed to trap the heat. We only had a ceiling fan & heater in the room - it would benefit from air conditioning as it got very stuffy in the room and even with the window open made it quite uncomfortable to sleep.
