Central and warm
Pros:

Nice decor - warm and comfortable

Cons:

Shower was scalding hot and could not be lowered to comfortable temperature. In fact dangerous and needs to be looked at.

Nice building, great location very central. Friendly staff. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was quite small and cramped. Comfortable bed but it took up most of the room. There was not much room for a suitcase and carry on size case without tripping over them.

Pros:

Location on Cuba Street was excellent. Could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Oliver on reception could not have been more helpful. Great as offers a late check in for later flights.

Room was a little small and not enough tea bags left after each clean.
