Had to get up and shower at 5.30am, no cold water. We tried again at 6am, still hot. Had to leave hotel without showering. Not good enough. Tried to message hotel through booking.com. no response.
Really think there should be some compensation.

Praktisch und zentral!
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer sehr farbenfreudig und auch außergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Tisch fehlt!

Cons:

Beleuchtung war nicht in Ordnung- automatisches Zentralsystem über Schlüsselkarte/Stromkombination funktionierte nicht!

Loved the design (colorful and quirky) and amazing location! Staff was great - we need bowls and cutlery for takeaway and they were so helpful

Cons:

The room is smaller than I expected - they do state the size and several reviews note that. It can be a little tight for two people with luggage, but it’s doable!

Nice stay in a great lobation with everything you need.
Pros:

Great location, staff really helpful and friendly, dinner was excellent and a really good breakfast.
