Pros:

The location was great! Very friendly staff, Joleen, at 11:30 pm night of check in. As well as Vinny in the morning , handsome and kind while checking out. Nice experience all around. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

Joleen checked us in, she was very pleasant. Went to our room only to find out it had not yet been cleaned. So I went back down to the front desk. Spoke with Joleen, asked for clean towels and sheets, offered to make the bed because it didn't appear to be reset for a new guest. She apologized and She asked if the room was clean and I said no. She immediately apologized again and gave us a cleaned, made up room. Once in the new room, we showered and had a nice night's sleep. Joleen was incredibly professional and accommodating to our needs. Wonderful staff. This I appreciate so much.

Everything other than the pillow situation, was great. Unfortunately without a good pillow, the quality of sleep is poo
Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the pillows need to be replaced. 3 where on my bed, they were all flat as a piece of paper, I went to the desk to ask for additional pillows.. they did give me 2 more… very flat pillows.

Woke up by an alarm clock at 3:40 am didn’t shut off till 5:00 am very pissed off. Breakfast was a muffin that’s it. Very rediculous

Horrible experience
Pros:

The most horrific experience. The shower curtain was moldy, carpet dirty, smells horrible throughout the entire hotel, weed smoker walking in and out the hotel. Washer don't work, homeless people around the building. Many things to look into

The property was not taken care of. People using drugs right outside of the building. The elevator was dirty house keeping left there cleaning carts right outside of the elevator as you exited.

I enjoyed being able to have no hassles over my wife's service dog

Cons:

You're sote made it seem like breakfast was offered. It showed a waffle....I didn't know it was just "to go coffee"... And nutragrain bars. Also..walking my dog there were cases and bottles upon bottles of empty Heineken bottles and a tipped over bill. On my confirmation sheet it said my charges were to be 151 something. But you charged me 20 more

When we first got there the desk told us that they were very booked ( not even half the parking lot was filled) so we had to stay in a room that didn’t have a microwave and the sink leaked, so they said to reach out to booking.com for a discount so I was like ok well that’s not too bad. Well we got into the room and it was disgusting.
- the sink just ran all night, more then just a drip
- the microwave was missing
- the front of the fridge was covered in rust
- the cabinets and countertops were all chipped and worn away
- the towel rack was falling off the wall
- the shower head was covered in build up
- it smelled like musty old carpet( the whole hotel did)
- the soap wasn’t even packaged( who knows if someone used it before us)
- the “ breakfast” was a few nutrigrain bars and some mini prepackaged muffins

It was so bad that I cancelled the second night( which I still haven’t received, even with the booking said you can get a
Partial refund) we ended up staying somewhere else the second night.
I tried doing the chat, booking.com has fried reaching out to them for a refund, with no success.
