残念でした
Pros:

朝食が豊富で良かった。
部屋が広くロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

禁煙が空きがなく喫煙室を予約しましたが、エレベータ降りてすぐに廊下からタバコの匂いがきつくむせるほどでした。部屋もタバコ臭くのどが痛くなるほどでしたので、せめて換気がしたく窓を開けてほしいとお願いしましたが断られ消臭剤で対応するよう言われました。消臭剤レベルでなく壁や絨毯などに染み付いた匂いが酷すぎでした。薬局で強力な消臭剤を購入部屋全体にまき対応しましたが、宿泊客が時間をかけてこのような対応をするのはどうでしょう?浴室も匂いが酷くタオルにまで染み込んでいました。他のホテルで喫煙室には泊まったことありますが、こんなにひどいのは初めてです。その他、換気の音もうるさく気になり熟睡はできませんでした。老朽化が至る所で目立ちましたが広く朝食もいいので、なんとか改善してほしいです。

総合的には良かったし、楽しかったです。

Cons:

喫煙のお部屋を選んだつもりはなかったのですが、お部屋もエレベーター降りた廊下もタバコ臭かったです。
またお部屋の加湿器がほこりなどで汚くて使用出来ませんでした。
最後にフロントの方が精算後「精算は以上です。」とだけ言って、ありがとうのひと言もなかったのが残念です。
