Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig abseits von den touristischen Restaurants und Shops im Ort. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist sicherlich ein Highlight. Das Zimmer ist recht klein und einfach eingerichtet, erfüllt aber alle notwenigen Anforderungen. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Zimmer ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte ein wenig größer sein können.

Nice motel very close to the beach
Pros:

Great location on the front line to the beach. Very easy to walk into town Room was very nice. Large free car park

Extremely worth consideration if you want affordable quality
Pros:

Extremely high quality for a room which cost about $400/night (from booking.com). This was obviously a discounted rate but it made our room affordable. The room wasn’t big, but it had a quality feel to it, Sky tv, clean bedding and fresh towels. The bathroom had no bath or spa (my only complaint was no spa but that’s a luxury) and was a shower head over a slightly angled area of floor allowing easy drainage.

The room had a fridge, electric stovetop, microwave and toaster.

The location is very convenient to the township being located beside the waterfront so it’s only a 10 minute walk along the flat (it’s at ground level) to restaurants.

The wifi was a little slow, but reliable.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

It could have had a few food items on arrival - we had a small milk but otherwise there was literally nothing. No spa was disappointing but able to be overlooked.

Beautiful views.
Pros:

Beautiful views from the front rooms, and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The roll-out bed we used was broken. But otherwise everything was very comfortable.

The most amazing time in this beautiful town. Seals, zip line and dolphin swim were life highlights. Good recommendation

Pros:

The location is ideal, just a short stroll to town where the bars and restaurants are located. The shower in the bathroom is certainly powerful. The Café next door was great for breakfast or you could cater for yourself given the room facilities.

Cons:

The rooms was looking a little tired compared to our previous stay. There was only one bedside cabinet in our room which isn't ideal. The wifi was intermittent at best, especially in the evening when trying to contact family back home.

Great location,
Pros:

The location was fantastic, a 1 minute walk to the dolphin sightseeing center. The room that we booked was also very spacious spread across 2 floors, infact it was a little too big for my family of 4. The room was generally clean. It is located oppossite the beach, it has a beautiful panaromic view of the Kaikoura beach.

Cons:

The WIFI doesnt work at all.
