All in all we had a wonderful stay
Pros:

Pool and breakfast was great the room was very comfortable

Cons:

The back door to the parking lot coming down from the stairs stayed open all night and u could literally walk straight back into hotel without you’re key.. not safe at all anyone could enter and that’s not safe… maybe fix the doors coming from outside to where only guests that have key cards may enter that’s the safest way

Bait and switch.
Pros:

Called to request a room. Was quoted a price of 299.00. I said that was too high. They asked me what I wanted to pay. I said $150. They preceded to book me place called Cypress Inn. They said it was a 5 star rated place. When we arrived at this dump it was a MOTEL. The kind of motel that charges by the hour. I did not want or agree to a motel.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

KC has been amazing. She has been helping me since before I even arrived making my stay a pleasurable one. Then when I came to her about a serious concern she handled both professionally and with expediency. The staff as a whole have been great and show genuine concern for their guests

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Kailey and KC was extremely nice and helpful at the front desk. Made check in very smooth. Free breakfast was decent. Room was well kept.

Kc May was such a pleasure to deal with. She was very nice and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and her customer service to anyone.

Very clean rooms and excellent atmosphere. Check in was quick and easy. Will definitely be back.
